now but all these vehicles coming up to slam on their breaks move over to the right because it is in a tense situation. this is going to cause some really severe backups. lets look at cottman around that s curve and a you can see looking like a parking lot as you lead up to where that accident is. overall 95 south is looking busy, additionally we have a disable vehicle 95 south at front street, it doesn't look too crazy busy around there, primarily around cottman where we will see bulk of it and you are not moving. we have this accident, pennsylvania turnpike northeast extension southbound on i-95 pushing in the southbound direction just past cottman now. penndot, literally just spun this around so you can see what we are looking at but just past cottman again moving in the southbound direction there is an accident there. it was blocking the left lane cause something really major slow downs and just now, they were moving it all the way over to the right, trying to move it out. i can let you know it is very busy right now. this is showing where it looks okay but lets look at those backups, you can see i-95 south at cottman leading up to that crash scene. very, very slow moving as they are trying to get that out. for those in and around that area wait at home, give it some extra time you will want to because this is where you will in the go anywhere quickly. we have this disable vehicle i-95 at front street not causing too many slow downs, ever so slightly, the accident on the pennsylvania turnpike, that is now clear and media elwyn is busing between elwyn and swarthmore for construction, jim, over to you. well, 13 year-old boy is shot and killed while playing with friend in germantown. detective have the gun and they are trying to figure out the who it belongs to. shooting happened yesterday in the backyard on east walnut lane, police say group of teens were playing with the gun when a teenage boy was shot in the face and he died at the hospital. >> they are criticizing this deal. still governor chris christie is confident it will pass and he has pledged to sign this gas tax hike into law. the thought of paying more at the pump isn't sitting well with new jersey drivers. >> people got to travel, get back and forth to work and, you know, it is not ferreter report 23 cents per gallon tax increase could be a reality taking new jersey's gas tax from the secondlyes to the seventh higher. governor chris christie back the state assembly plan and voiced confident that the senate would pass as well. the move would set up a $2 billion per year our state. that is all a good thing, and that is what what compromise is all about. >> here's the deal, gas tax would increase, state sales tax would decrease there seven to 6 percent over the next 18 months. deal would also lower the income tax honorary tire re, in all, christie says package would result in the net neutral tax from residents. >> i never signed a tax increase in the seven years as governor, i'm in the particularly thrilled to have to sign this one, but i said all along that that represented tax fairness, that i would do that. >> reporter: democratic state senate majority leader loretta weinberg says leaders in her chamber are united against the measure saying the deal is completely different from the senate's version. >> this is the worst government, the worst kind of government, being done at a really inappropriate time. >> i'm opposed to any new taxes. they will call a victory for bipartisanship in new jersey legislature but that is just going to be a loss for the common man. >> now get this according to the administration math average driver would spend about a hundred dollars more because of this gas tax hike, that is per year, on on the othr hand the average household would save about $400 in sales tax. this is not a done deal. this is it before the even of the fiscal year. governor christie says if this passes a gas tax hike portion will go into jelly fish, bad sunburn they can make for a real summer bummer. what is best remedy. doctor jen has ways to treat those summer ailments. we are heading in to july. dehydration. how much water should i drink because i can never tell. >> you should drink a lot of water. here's to the summer. i'm ready for summer. time for beach. people will want to get out there this weekend will. rule of thumb is two to four glasses of water per hour. you want to start drinking water before you net is thaw are thirsty. that is the key but i have a couple things here. if you have kidney problems, heart problems or lung problems you have to talk to your doctor first because not everybody should drink that much water. but for those who cab two to four glasses an hour and avoid caffeine, void super sugary drinks and alcohol because that is very dehydrating. >> very important. >> it is true what about sun screen, importance of sun screen. i wear white shirts, because otherwise i burn real quickly. >> high five. awesome. >> there you go. make sure you stay covered, okay. you have your hat, sun glass toes protect your eyes. you want to avoid sunburn. that is the biggest thing. if you get sunburn, take a cool shower. that is super important to help cool your skin off make sure you use moisturizer with aloe or soy can be nice and moisturizing and if your doctor says it is okay tylenol or motrin can ease that sunburn. remember when we're sunburned we are dehydrated or the path to being dehydrated so make sure there is water there too. key is prevention, of the sun screen. >> i see that. >> lets talk about jelly fish. what is best thing to do the on the spot. >> great question, have you guys heard of a old wife's tail. >> yes, i'm seeing it. >> so a lot of people think you should. i think hold off on the urine, hold on on that, what you should do first is get out of the water, wash area with sea water. come out, wash that area and then for many jelly fish stinks, vinegar works very well. make sure you are dousing it with vinegar because it helps stop stinging, that the jelly fishery leases. some say you can get a credit card and remove them if you haven't but you can do that. these are some tips to keep in mind. urinating is a no, no. >> what about san also, bear feet they get cuts, blisters what should we do to protect ourselves. >> blisters in particular everybody has gotten a blister. they come from ill fitting shoes or get them on our hand because we are not wearing gloves. biggest thing for our feet make sure you are wearing right sized shoes. if you get blisters cover it up. little band-aid or something to let it heel on its own and make sure it doesn't get more irritated. and, we're not getting cut and splinters. >> i am taking your advice, i will
