absolutely. >> really cool stuff. >> so glad he made it back safely. we will look at live neighborhood network and notice a live shot, looking closely you can see clouds, moving along here, and we are facing, east here, and you can see that these clouds are basically moving to the south. so or rather to the east, so what you are dealing with is colder air taking over, cold front is starting to clear out of here but wind really is, at this point, the dominant feature for rest of our forecast. we are finding area reports of the gusts in the 40's. the not finding them necessarily every where but we are going to notice wind anywhere here today. these air few choice observations where we have gusty wind right now. meanwhile looking at storm scan, why don't we go to this side because you are seeing worst of the the rain clear the coast. ocean monmouth county, they are only ones left for a few choice locations in, and it is a three hour loop and this has cleared our area in that span of time. so, as high pressure settles in for a day and a half we are left with sunshine later on today and most of tomorrow but clouds do start to build in and chill will have settled in. so this this next storm comes along tracking to the south we are stuck in enough cold air to produce some snow. it does not look like a heavy hitter, at worst we're talking light snow object unpaved surfaces, grass a accumulation toss a coating to an inch or two and then out of here. however it comes with the morning drive on friday and that is always what may bring you worst conditions as those minor disturbances having a bit more up their sleeve. meanwhile since sun returning for weekend i want to jump ahead to the seven day. we are talking a coating to an inch or two max on unpaved surfaces out of that system on friday. look at the warm up, look at tuesday, guys. >> hold on. >> you go from the 30's to 60's in a couple days. we have got everything, 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's what decade would you like. >> every decade gets a turn. >> i like 70's. >> yes. >> thank you, katie. >> rain will move out for the commute. >> it is already looking good. in all of the shots we are looking better, still looking damp and might have some pooling. the two accidents we have are cleared and out of your way, overnight construction is out of your way as well. lets look at live mobile three, cruising around schuylkill looking good. we are starting to see brake lights go off but we can expect that, absolutely we can expect that on the the schuylkill. i say now we are pushing in the 6:00 o'clock and we are not seeing any break lights, we are not going to complain. the lets take a look outside one area getting busy, i-95 moving in the southbound direction at cottman. thinks where you are in longer but those gray skies are clearing out of here and katie, you are tracking some snow but first, i'm happy for your morning commute, rain seems to be moving out. >> absolutely. you can clearly tell there is dampness left outside on the area roadways. you are in the complete thely in the clear but brunt of this cold front has moved through, with the presip but lets talk about these rain amounts. it wasn't a lot but enough to mess with your morning drive. so folks out early with the sun coming up. we did have a tenth of an inch for bordentown, millville, philly international reporting .27, on the dock it the there and in furlong .3 of an inch did fall. with that said take a look at clearing skies here. we have a different camera shot taken outside kutztown area middle school. 39 degrees. focus on the wind. skies are clearing and that wind is main stay of our forecast for rest of the day. we will look at storm scan three and that rain is clearing out quickly. this is a three hour loop. even with the last few hours this has completely cleared our area. so from west to east, it is drying out, see skies clear for some sunshine but again, wind, that is the other issue you have to contend with. notice temperature different taking place in mount pocono, still technically mild at philly international, don't get used to that folks. the those temperatures will continue their decline with time and we will level off in the lower 40's throughout the rest of the day. talking about what happened the rest of the today, wind is an issue, skies clearing though so anything that has been left behind, wind will help dry that out and then, erika mentioned the s word, meisha, it is on the way, snow in the the forecast and we will tell you when it comes. >> yes, it is. >> i cannot even hide my excitement, thanks, katie. happy wednesday if you are just waking up with us as we can expect now we are heating up on the roadways and it is damp outside. we have been dealing texas and next door neighbor oklahoma. clinton won seven states including arkansas where she was first lady for over a decade. exit polls credit support among african-american voters. senator sanners won in his home state of vermont and three others. he is promising to stay in the race to the democratic national convention which meets in philadelphia, until july. path to the presidency there clearer this morning but rather crowded still. there are candidates, in candidates dropping out at this moment. we are wondering where this leaves the campaigns. here to offer analysis is bill rosenberg political science professor at drexel university. bill, i i want to start with the democratic side. hillary clinton the big winner here. do you think sanders is still a threat. >> i think mathematically it is very difficult for sanders to be able to become the nominee. i think he will continue in the race and continue to raise issues, many of argued if you took this speech last night given by sanders and clinton you could have substituted the people. they were almost the same. sanders has had a major impact on the clinton campaign. >> it sounded like he had trouble getting african-american voters is that something that he can turnaround. >> i think if you have noticed in the past week or so you have seen a number of high level endorsements by african americans like spike lee, and various other entertainer, black figures in society. the reality is that the southern african-american community seems very much in the camp of hillary clinton. one of the things we have to recognize some of these victories that we're seeing while they are very impact full in terms of image they make little different in terms of the fall election. south carolina for example has never really voted for a democratic president so winning south carolina primary oral bam a a primary or mississippi primary really means nothing in the fall. >> turning to the republican side, trump won very big yesterday. is it his to lose now this nomination. >> i think so but what we have found is trump find it almost impossible to lose. he can say, do whatever he wants and his base eats it up and he just continues to roll role along. he would have really love to have won texas yesterday because that would have put a nail in the coffin for ted cruz but cruz carried his home state and also carried neighboring state of oklahoma. so, he is doing really well, trump but he will be hard to unseat even though that democratic or i mean republican establishment is doing everything they can to pull out the stops. >> speaking of the republican establishment many of been rallying around marco rubio who had a difficulties a appointing day yesterday. can he recover from that. >> i think so he but it will be tough. we have to realize that there are magic number of 1270 votes that are needed to win the republican nomination. if donald trump continues on this roll he will get to that number and then the whole shebang will be over. if he doesn't get to that magic number on the first ballot then convention is wide open, convention can nominate whoever they want. you have to realize 480 delegates at the convention will be uncommitted. so they candy side with whoever they want. it would be really interesting to go see whether or not trump continues and gets to that magic threshold. >> just last week marco rubio upgrading the insults you might say against trump. do you think race will get even more nasty. >> it will be interesting. what we have seen in this election site one who gets nasty end up losing. we saw same thing with chris christie not that long ago. he by getting nasty actually put himself out of the race. i think today what should happen really is ted cruz should call up marco rubio and say thank you very much, the fact is that rubio in effect softened up albeit a little bit donald trump but personally did not gain. >> talking about ted cruz do you think he is now the other candidate, they have been talking about both rubio and cruz as a two man raise between me and trump. the is cruz the person we should be looking to. >> mathematically it looks that way but politically it is probably not the case. i think we're going to find that people like kasich will in the go away particularly because he want to stay in through ohio, and get his delegates and be able to go to the convention and hopefully for him to be able to be a compromise candidate at the end of the the day. it seems to be that cruz has very little support within the establishment community and has only limited support outside. this is what the dilemma is for the republicans. who are they going to nominate if not trump? >> bill rosenberg, thanks very much, take care. >> take care good you too. still ahead this morning finding love anew an off the stage at pennsylvania ballet, jan. erika as premiere of the pennsylvania ballet, premiers, we will take you behind the scenes
