morning, bulk of this case will center on former montcoda bruce castor. they expect him to get a deposition by castor thrown out of evidence today. the former tv dad is facing charges of aggravated indecent assault. last we saw bill cosby he was arraigned on those kharns and bail set at $1 million. he posted 10% or $100,000 at issue now and strength of case can be made or broken by a deal by former da bruce castor. cosby's current defense team is arguing he and castor had a verbal agreement that the deposition with not be used in criminal court. essentially cushioning cosby from criminal charges. it was part of a 2005 case former temple staffer. she alleges cosby drugged and assaulted her. no charge where filed and the case was settled. can it be used to mack a criminal case and can
