are also dealing with the south bun gaper delay and we will see beginning of a rush hour but now with this gaper delay, we are already going to see an thicker rush hour start to perform. northbound 95 is the scene of the vehicle fire. it is not completely put out just yet and that is approaching or moving beyond the area of bridge street. southbound on i-95 rush hour starting to form. schuylkill florida where a man killed his daughter. a officer reportedly spotted a chrysler pt cruiser traveling at a hundred miles an hour just after midnight and gave chase. before he could reach her the officer says the the driver stopped, and then through that five-year old girl over the rail and then sped off. it took search teams an hour to find her, they a attempted to resuscitate her but she was delay is, because of an earlier vehicle fire in the north bound side of i-95 approaching the area of the betsy ross bridge north of bridge street rather. if you are traveling on the northbound side of i-95, this is the delay you have if you are making your way out of center city philadelphia it dhesn't stem back the entire length, but you will find delays as you make your way just beyond the area of allegheny and again, making your stretch through the northeast section of philadelphia traveling southbound on i-95 it looks wide open, right? i wouldn't say that is entire case. fuzz are traveling i-95 southbound we are seeing delays around girard and cottman because of the construction zone, schuylkill expressway westbound this is conshohocken earlier accident on the shoulder big old delays after a silo collapsed in an industrial park. "eyewitness news" has learned that a person may be trapped beneath that ruble. chopper three over 7900 block of north radcliff street in these pictures right here. the collapse happened just after 3:00 this morning. more updates as more information comes into us. deadly fire in ogontz overnight claims life of the elderly man. his death is first fire fatality in philadelphia, of the new year. "eyewitness news" reporter nicole brewer joins us from the scene, on roselyn street with more on how officials think it all started. >> reporter: ukee this home behind me did have have working smoke alarms unfortunately it was in the enough to save the elderly a military veteran who was killed inside, it all happened inside the 1800 block of roselyn street. you can tell the front of the home looks pretty well intact because we're toll the fire started in the rear and extended through much of the first floor. fire fighters arrived, to find that man in his 70's, he appears to have been disable. he was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead marking the first and hopefully the last fire fatality of this year. he was alone at the time of the fire but we're told three family members have been displayed from that home. at this point investigators have not released the official cause but say unattended cooking may have been the cause here. >> right now it appears that the and gravely wounded a street sweeper. he reportedly happened as the the officer was investigating an accident. today, meanwhile is a day of mourning in france and the country has raised its terror
