to stay silent and request a lawyer. now, at issue will frein's confession hold up in court? and was he denied initial access to an attorney? on september 12th, 2014, prosecutors say frein using a high powered rifle opened fire outside state police barracks in pike county, killing corporate brian dixon wounding trooper alex douglas and sparking a multi agency manhunt. >> this attack was an ambush. our troopers were leaving the barracks, and were shot without warning and real had i no chance to defend themselves. >> after seven weeks on the run, police caught up to frein, in a old airport hangar in pocono township. now there is hearing is set to start at 9:00 a.m. this morning, frein is facing 13 charges, and he had enters not guilty plea. live in the sat center, justin finch, on the relationship between the brothers. >> what this defense wants to show is whether or not there was yuck man who was influenced and under the influence of his older brother, who was the mastermind. >> tsarnaev could face the death penalty. during the trial jurors are expected to see videos, showing him place the bombs next to the attack's youngest victim. just to gave you a idea how complex this trial; there is about 700 potential witnesses listed in the case, as we mentioned earlier, security already very high, in and around the federal courthouse, here, in south boston. the the ben franklin bridge, from the philly side all lanes open fortunately, so headed into jersey in problems there. the westbound lanes, you can see, starting to gather little bit, but still moving along great, headed on into the city. now, the lansdale-downs toil regional rail line on septa suspended due to some overhead problems, so just plan your trip accordingly if you're taking that, over to the schuylkill eastbound blue route to the vine, about 19 minute trip little slow. 202 currently no problems, if you are headed northbound from route 30 into the schuylkill expressway, only about a 12 minute trip. but we do have an electrical fire out in upper dublin, so on butler pike near norristown road expect some fire police activity on the scene there. out in pottstown accident at apple
