that has beening on that has been absent as ovulate, right? we have not needed sunglasses at all. it is still chilly. storm scan three is empty for the first time in a long time. it feels like anyway. but we can expect high pressure now taking the lead, more sunshine today, still some clouds as i mentioned but it is a brighter day i buy comparison. 35 degrees at the airport. we have a pair of three's in millville and allentown. you are generally right around freezing within a few degrees, across the board here, and again, in wet weather is in sight. so obviously it will be a different story if we had something to track on storm scan but we don't and it is just chilly and tranquil for you out there today. expecting probably mess sunshine further off to the north here. 35 degrees in the poconos. you can expect to see around the shore towns and in the city more like the in mid 40's. we're close to seasonal but just shy of it. so again, we will take the trade off and victory and the forecast here, vittoria, where we can but we will get some sunshine and it stays that way for a little bit of time here. >> definitely a better story then it was yesterday. >> sure is. >> now planned to exit, 202 north bound, well, bet thing you can do is continue on 76 and then get off at gulph mills and then reenter the schuylkill westbound. things get tricky, because this is a very tricky situation. we will keep you updated on this but lets go over to montgomery county traveling in upper dublin township. notice penndot has zoom in but big reason why we're eag so much activity is because of this right here a vehicle fire on the northbound side of 309, just passed susquehanna road. emergency teams on the scene, traffic at a stand still, it is stopped and we will update you on this for sure, now lets head back to the desk. developing right now, "eyewitness news" that is learned that a 60 year-old construction worker was killed overnight after he was struck on route 422 joined by cbs news business analyst jill schlesinger, up in new york, hi jill, good morning. >> reporter: good morning. >> everyone agrees it is perfect to have frank conversations about money but they disagree about the timing so is what your advice. >> reporter: first of all i don't think in the middle of of your holiday meal you say mom, dad how much money will you inherit? but lets start there. according to the survey by fidelity investments parents are ready to wait years in retirement before talking to money but adult children want those conversation toss happen well before their parents call it quits or experience health issues. my recommendation have that money conversation when it is timely. that is why i think now is a good time, year even, it is often a period when we will look back and review how we have done financially an opportunity for you to ask your parents about their cd rates or portfolio performance. you can offer to review their situation with an impartial financial professional like a cfp or cpa. good news in the survey once you have these conversations its brings much greater peace of mind for both parent and the children. >> but still it might be awkward to have that conversation, right? do you have any suggestions, how to maybe delicately approach it. >> reporter: i think that is the issue. you need to balance being a responsible adult child without prying. way to do that is to frame the issue in a way that talks burr own worries rather than dieting your parents for being disorganize messes. lets try this, i just want to make sure i carry out your wishes, isn't that better than how could you not have drafted a will. so remember, you can only do what you can do. if your parents are shut down, they don't want to talk about their money, just don't fight it, they may not be willing to talk to bay but they know that the door is open. for more on how to talk to your parents about money you can go to jill on money i.com. it is hard but super necessary. >> that it is, that it is, thanks very much. good stuff. it is nasa's next giant leap into space travel. that orion, deep space capsule set to launch in the next half an area we will take you back out and show you within more here. lets go up north to 28 degrees sent from eileen murray and just a couple clouds in gilbertsville and she says you'll wake up as soon as you step outside. it is colder even then it was yesterday at this same time by at least a few you degrees in most spots. lets take you out wide to storm scan three next where we will continue to track retreat now thankfully of the disturbance messing with us for a few days. or than lingering cloud cover here we are looking at a nice bright day, by comparison, and, a break in the activity. lets jump you all the way out to sunday here. eagles back in town down at the link and it looks like if we have any wet weather out there it will be very early in the day. we're talking probably generally by the time sun coming up wet weather is retreating out of philadelphia 44 by kick off. chillier by comparison. it will be brightening up at that point and a cool breeze kicks in. looking forward in our forecast for the next several days, well, mildest spot obviously stands out but you stands out like a sore thumb because this looks like a rainy day if you have yet to decorate your house, maybe on side of 309, which is completely closed a as you make your way just north of susquehanna road. you will notice emergency teams still on the scene, fire in the process of being extinguish in the put out just yet, so this just occurred i would say really 40 minutes ago really. maybe a little bit less than. that but we are dealing with the closure which is backing up north bound side of 309 causing a big old problem for anyone traveling around the pennsylvania turnpike. we will continue to keep you updated on this as we continue, let's move now and take a look at our speed sensors which are dropping during this rush are, 13 is your average 95 southbound. traveling westbound we are at 22. eastbound 76 ramp to 202 is still closed, as a result of an overturn tractor trailer, so definitely township was away on vacation. developing story to tell but right new we could learn today if charges will be filed in the deadly accident on route 422 in chester county. road crew member was hit and killed near route 100 earlier this morning. it is 6:46. and this morning nasa is preparing to test a new space vehicle shortly after 7:00 a.m. they will launch orion spacecraft on the test flight. >> the centers will be watching including the franklin institute right here in philadelphia inn our man derek pits is chief astronomer there and he joins to us tell us more about this perfect launch. good morning, derek. >> reporter: good morning, ukee and nicole. >> tell us about the orion spacecraft and what nasa is hoping to achieve with this unmanned mission. >> the orion spacecraft is nasa's most recent capsule design and development that will be used going forward into the future to carry humans from the surface of the earth up to lower orbit or lower space actually and it will be capsule used to transfer them possibly to other spacecraft that will go on to the moon and eventually go on to mars. nasa is hoping that everything works well with this so that they can continue to move forward in the development of the capsule. >> derek, we know it is design for deep space travel so how will it pave way for this future space travel you speak of. >> since nasa has not had a spacecraft like this to carry astronauts into deep space for the last 30 or 40 years they have to begin development of systems that will make a safe and relatively simple thing to do. so, this capsule representing their first development, of that kind of technology of the structure and everything else that we will need for astronauts to make these deep space trips. when you look at this capsule you will see it can only hold four to six astronauts so they need additional systems that will allow astronauts to have more room to maneuver around in space, and live in an environment that is comfortable much more like international space station is right now especially for these licensing trips. it is three or four days to get to the moon and to get to mars it is at least six months. they need real habitats they can work in. is there anything special happening at the franklin institute today to mark this? >> throughout the day today, ukee, what we will do is we will have demonstration that is will help us explain to the wrist forces specially the school children that come how rocket propulsion works. we will be launching what are called antacid tablet rockets and these are very
