15 year-old passenger survived but the death of these three teenagers who will never graduate has left this community, even leaders in disbelief. >> our kids are about to go through something that we and police are looking for the the gun man. it happened at tuesday afternoon at intersection of torresdale avenue and knor street in tacony. nine year-old boy was walking with his mother and another case is unfolding in a kentucky jail one involving an inmate's underwear that allegedly killed another inmate. investigators say michael jones went to great lengths to get methadone in a county year-old girl after setting her uzi sub machine gun to automatic. gun recoiled and turned towards his direction. little girl told her mother the gun was too much for her to handle and it hurt her shoulder. that is when employees realized that vodka was shot. >> we called in an emergency for an ambulance at the last stop. we need a helicopter, an ambulance ain't going to work we need a helicopter. >> we've got one on the way. >> reporter: in air zone i'm told there are no requirements for gun range employees to be certified as a firearms instructor. mr. vodka was a military veteran who served tourness iraq and afghanistan. police in wilmington are looking for a suspect wanted for rape. detectives say this mandy pick in the sketch assaulted a 29 year-old woman in alban park last wednesday. suspect was driving an older model silver sedan with the temporary delaware license tag. anyone with any information should call the the police. trial continues today for cristina regusters, the former day care worker accused of kidnapping a five-year old girl from her west philadelphia classroom. yesterday, the the prosecution played video interviews with the victim in court. prosecutors say that regusters posed as the girls mother to sign her out of bryant elementary school in january of 2013. she spend took her to a house where she was sexually assaulted. also police are searching for the person who stole more than a hundred thousand dollars worth of gold, in west philadelphia. the owner of the vehicle park on fifth second street near market street, said his window looking at. this is southbound 476 off ramp to baltimore pike. accident is traveling westbound. if you are trying to make that left on to the eastbound side of the baltimore pike you cannot. you'll to have swing things around bypassing the accident scene. still exit at this ramp but it that is turning lane that will be blocked there. penndot on the scene looks like they are trying to remove that vehicle now. they could potentially block this off ramp. we do have have a few folks trying to direct traffic in this area. definitely be mine full this is where you are heading you will find a setback. taking a look at tacony palmyra bridge we are waiting for a passing ship. we are not seeing it just yet but it does seem to be that vehicles are still moving along the bridge. definitely
