"eyewitness news" reporter jen bernstein joins us now from mayfair with the inportant details, good morning. >> reporter: good morning. police say have two of the suspects in custody. this morning they are still searching for a third and you are right about that crucial piece of evidence, looking here at the front lawn of the church of grace in the east and you can see this ladder still sitting here. police believe three suspects used to it break into this church shortly after 2:00. police tell us 23459 suspects, did come on to here, they either went in with the ladder or brought ladder or they might have have gone in on another side of the church's recycling bin. that police believe they may have jumped on and there is a second floor broken window there. now, that something did alert police at some point and they responded to the church. two of the suspects ran. third remained inside. we are looking at video of police on the scene here earlier. we know that third person who was inside of the church was arrested, with the help of the k-9, and a woman was then taken into custody a short time late her tried to run from the scene. police again searching for that third person involved. this is a branch of chinese church opened here in 2008. if you look at the scene you can see it is broken. we have pieces of plastic all over here, enlarges piece on the front lawn. we don't name. it happened one day afternoon near 20th and morris streets in south philadelphia. the boy was driving with his stepfather looking for a bike similar to this one. now that is when two suspects approached the car, one claiming that the bike can be returned for 20 doll ars. >> showing it at the door. >> i was trying to cover myself. it was like moving around. >> he was hit twice in the arm today. former montgomery county chairman robert kerns facing a preliminary hearing today. he is accused of raping a paralegal in october of last year at his firm. an arraignment is expected for five lewis jimenes rescued this three-year old girl who liked the fictional character tumbled into a big oner land she was 15 feet down where septic tank used to be in cold muddy the water. >> this is where the baby was right here. right here close. so she was screaming, crying, we could not see her, when we were up there. >> reporter: jimenes was next door and her allison screams after the girl wandered in the pack yard. while the hole is security with plywood and topped with two tires at the time there was only a layer of grass which gave way under the tiny girl. as jimenes kick off her shoes and started to go after the child a police officer arrived. >> he was trying to stop me. i said no, you will not stop me, sorry. just move away. >> reporter: down she went and after 15 minutes with the girl, in the muck, police sent down this ladder. >> she is very tiny. so, my hand and my other handy tried to step up to get outside. >> happy. >> allison's mom thanked god her child escape to jefferson hospital, no update on his condition. also some dramatic new video could shed light on a deadly house fire we told but yesterday morning. this happened in wilmington, a neighbor captured this cell phone video of the house fully engulfed in flames on bird street on monday. one man was killed, two women were injured, family members say 49 year-old fran seen wallace suffered burns on over 80 percent of her body. they believe someone doused the home with gasoline and set it on fire. decontamination crew that is cleaned up the apartment belonging to the man accused in the ricin plot. nineteen year-old nicholas hell monday faces murder and related charges. he allegedly mailed a letter containing deadly poison to another man back in march. crews took several wrapped items out of his hatboro apartment and placed it in the cop taner for proper dispose al. jefferson medical college in center city will be rename sidney medical college at thomas jefferson university today. kimmel foundation gave 110 million-dollar to the school, that is largest gift, in the school's history. also today, delaware lawmakers will consider a bill decriminal icing marijuana possession. that bill would make possession of up to 1 ounce of marijuana a civil offense punishable by fine rather than criminal offense. possession of any amount of marijuana is punishable up to six months in prison and more than a thousand dollars fine. philadelphia city leaders are considering a similar bill, councilman jim kenny wants make possession of the small amount of pot a civil violation, 25-dollar yard to yard and busy roads like i295 and didn't scare him away either. he even took a dip in the pond to collapse after all that walking yesterday. authorities do not believe bear poses a danger but us. >> no problem, my pleasure. >> go ahead. >> i was just typical tuesday, i was taking my three kids to school and i knew about the bear situation, in the area in mount laurel. i saw some commotion, police activity, people running around, and i aid that has got to be the the bear. so i took a detour and i went down a side street thinking it would be fun for kids just to look for the bear. didn't think i would find it. i went down the street. in bear. it was fun. difficult a u turn, i come back and is there bear. i was shock, i said oh, my god. i pulled out my iphone. i had car in drive. i was sitting there, ready to go, doors lock, i had wind he down. so i shot it with my i phone out the window real quiet. bear didn't even look at me, didn't pay attention. my kids were excited about it. so, i left a video of it. >> it seemed like the bear is just walking around not paying attention to anybody. what was it like, why neighbors around were people gathering to see the bear, what was happening in the neighborhood. >> that alerted me at first. i saw activity, this is what i do, i know when there is something going on, i just had kids and we drove down there and went down a little side street and police were waiting for animal control at that point, so i went down there and i found it. there was one woman out doing yard work and i told her about it and she went back in and nobody was home. it was a quiet deadened street so bear had its run of the place. i was than the paying attention to us. it was kind of funny. i could not believe i was sitting there with me and the bear and my kids and the iphone. it was kind of funny. >> it is one thing to see a bear in the zoo, how close were you to it and what was it like to what could be a very dangerous animal. >> it wasn't scary because i was in the car and i had tonight drive and i could take off at a moment's notice but it was interesting because i'm taking my kid to the zoo and, you know, it didn't pay attention to us. my kids were like hey, it is a bear but they have seen them before but it was interesting to see it weird in front of/a neighbor's house basically but it was excited to be that close outside a zoo and controlled environment and in your environment in your neighborhood. >> that is pretty shocking and pretty cool for the kids, i'm sure. >> yes. >> thanks, alan. >> in problem. >> it is just past southbound toward girard. here is new traffic pattern we have been talking about. three lanes of i-95 pushed over to the right and these barrels will be replaced by a concrete barrier later in the
