street, just completely iced over. so, people will have a lot of difficulty just wacking to their cars. and speaking of their cars, as we've been saying all morning, you're going to have to do a lot of scraping this morning. take a look at this video. i'm telling you, it is a layer of ice on so many cars that i've been seeing out driving around in the mobile weather watcher. definitely going to need those ice scrapers as we've been saying. and also, you're going to need to be warming up your cars for a significant amount of time. because you definitely will need to break up that ice and warm
