officers say he escaped from a bathroom inside the police station. michael caruso was accused of stealing from a kohl's department store and now he is facing more charges. while in custody he smashed officers say he escaped from a bathroom inside the police station. michael caruso was accused of stealing from a kohl's department store and now he is facing more charges. while in custody he smashed a hole in the bathroom ceiling, and then moved into the attic, removed a fan, and escaped. his run from the law was a short one, police caught up with him a few minutes later while trying to break
