president roosevelt asked congress for a declaration of war. veterans and survivors today of the attack will attend commemoration shown is, they will honor the 2400 people who died, in that attack. this wreath laying ceremony took place earlier this week. there will be a similar scene at battleship new jersey in camden, veterans will the georgia tore lay a wreath in the delaware river as they did last year. ceremony will be at ten this morning and it is free and opened to the public. one of the few surviving planes of the japanese attack on pearl harbor is now on display. >> five years
