still out there. a.c. expressway eastbound near route 42 freeway, that right lane is block, you guys, you can see by this still photo how much action is going on here, all of these headlight out there, they're not necessarily affiliated with the accident, but they're out there. so whether it be crews, or part of the accident, or what have you, this is going to slow you down absolutely, as we push toward the 6:00 hour. so you guys, heads up on that. give yourselves extra time. i would say at least 15, 20 minute, maybe around that area right now, then we've got construction, 322, black now, to developing story, in philadelphia's juniata section. police officers shoot a manna tempting to stab himself. now this all happened at a home on the 3800 block of else door street shortly after 10:30, family members same the man was suicidal, violent, possibly drunk. now, according to police, the officers ordered the man to drop his knife, when he refused, they shot him with a taser. that angered the man, so officers then backed out of the home. >> at some point in time the male actually exits the front door of the property. still armed with this large knife, makes his way toward the officers, and at that point the officers discharge a weapon, striking the male, and in the torso area of the body. >> now, the man is in the hospital in stable condition. reporter justin finch will have much more on this developing story and in a live report at 6:00. >> in other news this morning, republican vice presidential candidate mike pence comes to bensalem today. that's one day after his plane slitted off the runway at leguardia airport in new york sit. now we're told the rough landing came during bad weather. passengers say they smelled burning rubber, after the pilot slammed on the brakes. the good news, no injuries reported, ntsb on the scene right now investigating and we'll have live report at 6:00. >> now, following the incident, donald trump and hillary clinton both arguments in the bridgegate scandal. the delay in the case stems from a legal issue that the court has not made public. now there is comes after the judge instructed jurors to base their decision on whether two governor christie aids, fill barone, bridgette kill i, misused state resources when caring out the lane closers in fort lee new jersey. this is not whether it was political pay-back against christie's opponents, which the governor has denied. >> well, a jury awards former penn state assistant football coach mike mcqueary $7.3 million. the jury found penn state defamed mcqueary reported at least .100 every an inch, regardless, decent rain came in last night. quickly check the wind speeds currently coming in. not that impressive yet. they will turn little a little bit stronger than this. but, only about five, 6-mile per hour showing up at most. and most every these reports. i do want to show you one quick picture here. not necessarily weather-related but our
