Thats just the pattern theyre n every few days they get a storms and cut across the country and bring mild air for us, thats why our winter has been on the mild side. Not able to get the cold air to meet up with the storms. Pacific air coming our way. Talking about mild weather. Feeling like april, not shot of spring. Not done with the colds, i think by the end of the month well see the return of cold temperatures, but for today and tomorrow get out and enjoy it. Still cold. Remember, it is february, so we have the morning temperatures well below freeze nag lot of locations, the good news is we are dealing with the calm winds. Center city nice shot here. All good with the clear skies, clear skies, light winds, has temperatures dropping to 30 at the airport, mid 30s around center city, then outer suburb down to the low mid 20s. Main headlines this weekend it willing feeling like april, back to mid april specially tomorrow. But potential to set some new record highs i think for sunday afternoon. And it stays mild into next week. Looks like High Temperatures will remain above 50, for the next seven days, if everything plays out the way it is, and mainly dry pattern. No big storm systems to talk about over the next five days or so. Look at some of the temperatures, weaver cold spots, 24 right now in millville, 30 in cherry hill, right along the immediate coast, little milder in Rehoboth Beach checking in at 41 degrees, 31 in the capitol city of delaware, then up to the city surrounding serbs, upper 20s, chalfont, palmyra 28 degrees, woodstown check out mullica hit at 25. Nice and quiet across the midatlantic on storm scan3, we have warmfront cutting through pennsylvania right now, so that pushes northward today. Bridges in the mild air out of the southwest, mainly clear skies. Notice, some clouds, couple of showers well to the south and west, that will pass by our region tonight. Just bring mostly cloudy skies, maybe a sprinkle in some locations, south of the city, but most areas on the dry side. Then we see skies returning mostly sunny, for sunday. So here is the reason for the warmth. Notice the wind flow out of the south, light winds today, maybe around 50 Miles Per Hour, southwest winds along the coast, will bring in the cooling effect from the ocean, ocean water around 40 degrees, temperatures there wont reach the 60s at least today. I think stuck in the 50s along the immediate coastline. West winds tomorrow though should reach the 60s, right along the coast, so the wind coming over the lands. So warmfront well to the north by this afternoon. Plenty of sunshine, watch this cold front. Take some time to get through our region. Still not through the region sunday. So this will bring in a lot of warmth still ahead of this front. Talk about mid 60s sunday afternoon, then the front sags southward from the north for monday. Allowing cooler air to return from the north, north wind, nothing terribly cold for this time of year. Still going to be running well above average. Temperatures today well into the 60s, away from the waterment look at wilmington, berks county, lower 50s, 50s in to the pocono region, potentially. Then tonight not as cold, generally in the 40s over most locations, overnight lows then tomorrow well into the mid 60s, should be 60s, even up into the Lehigh Valley well notes up in the mountains, but again, big weekend for skiing and ridingment poconos good shape weather wise, not good news though from cranking out the snow. Record high potential, especially tomorrow. For philadelphia, the record high of 68, forecasting 66 degrees, so getting close, record set in 1948. For today milder, 62 degrees in the sunshine, tonight, skies will go mostly cloudy not quite as cold, 46 for the low. Check out this extended forecast, light to mild temperatures, loving this, president s day little cooler at 66. Tuesday, thats the colds he is day of the week, high of 50.
