from cottman heading southbound, this is road so many people take in the day every single day this phase of the rog being started end of the 2012. it seems like forever it is actually finishing on heights. police say a driver hit five parked cars there at 2:30 and then took off. one person lives on that block said she heard loud crashes and dashed outside to see her sister's car heavily
