wires, live wires. >> now, two people in the other car are in stable condition. the cause of the crash is under investigation. >> what a mess. and what a clean up. water main break flooded shopping center in philadelphia's east falls neighborhood filling millions of gallon of water. the main is now off. the clean up is underway. but not before the break ruined cars, damaged businesses, and why the transit agency is now taking legal action. >> still, no deal, and no injunction, on day four of the septa strike. a judge did not end the strike today, involving about 4700 member of the transport workers union local 234. septa went to court friday evening, in a emergency attempt to force employees back to work saying the strike presents a clear and present danger to the health and safety of riders. but the judge said there was a lack of evidence to back up that claim. and did not order an immediate injunction at this point. >> job number one to settle the strike. as importantly returned to court seeking a new trial. victim number two took the stands yesterday. that's the victim that former assistant coach mike mcqueary was assaulted by sandusky in penn state shower. victim two, 29 years old, insist that he was abused by sandusky. sandusky's lawyers say prosecutors hid information about that man during the trial because his story did not help their case. sandusky also news". two local artists are getting attention for creating a huge election scheme sculpture out of an unusual material, check this out, the white house made out of butter. marie, and jim, had been working on it inside refrigerated tailor in conshohocken all week. they were asked to do it by butter for social media campaign. and just in case you were wondering, all of that butter will eventually be recycled after election day. the philadelphia's getting ready for its seconds annual veterans parade t starts tomorrow at noon at 16 and jfk boulevard. it ends at independence mall. now, last year about 175 groups registered to take part in the parade. a first for the city at that time. this year, organizers have added a festival including food, entertainment, even beer garden. the festival on independence mall runs from 12 doctor 30 to 4:30. well, the search is on for a family that may have been connected to some world war ii era letters. they were discovered in a medford home and given to dillan berwick, he is now trying to find relatives of tom hazleton, who served in the navy. now, the letters are from his wife, eleanor, who lives in audubon, and his father, harry, who lives in describes as extra yawn one morning in the spring time and an extra snooze one night in autumn come to be? to discover the roots of autumn one hour of extra sleep, we need to travel back over 100 years. new zealand err george hudson first proposed the idea of daylight saving in 1895. but it was not implemented until germany became the first country to turn the clocks ahead one hour, on april 30th, 1916. the rational was to minimize the use of artificial lighting in order to conserve cold during worlds war one. with the war effort also the reason the united states adopted daylight saving time or fast time as it was called, when president woodrow wilson signed it into law in 1918. has been extended twice in the u.s., with the current schedule introduced in 2007, a product of the energy policy act of 2005. today, day lie saving lasts for total of 238 days every year. starting on the second sunday in march, and ending on the first sunday in november. although, not all states observe
