The victim was rush to the hospital, after being struck near second and allegheny in the fair hill neighborhood, Eyewitness News reporter cleve bryan spoke with the Good Samaritan who saw it unfold and decided to take action, cleve. Reporter witnesses at this intersection, described saying a pedestrian struck put in the air, driver who didnt care and some good smart tans who stepped up to help police and i did speak with one of those men.
