New this morning, pizza Delivery Driver is fighting for his life after being attacked while just doing his job. Police say the 35 year old victim was about to make a delivery on the 5700 block of bow month avenue around 1045 last night, when two men threatened him at gunpoint told him to get back in his car. Suspect then kidnapped and robbed the driver and forced him out of the car before shooting him. He tries to get up and run one time. At that point they put him back on the ground again, they continue to ask for more money. They eventually get back in the car. And as hes on his knees, and they get back in the car he hears one shot. Gets hit in the back of the head one time. Victim is in Critical Condition now. Police have found his car and they are asking for the publics help to track down the suspects. They say, there may be juveniles who live in the area. Also, new this morning, five year old boy is in the hospital after he was shot inside his own home. This happened on Whittington Place in chester around 11 00 last night, car also hit by the gunfire. Were told the parents kept the boy calm, by reminding him of his upcoming birthday party. This fire started just before 9 00 at the Family Dollar store on delmar drive in folcroft. The fire reached three three alarms before firefighters finally contained the flames. They say the woman was assaulted in a smallwood dollars area behind the store. She was able to break free and call police. Police found the suspects few blocks away. There is outrage over a judges decision to sentence the former Sanford University swimmer to only six months in jail, for raping an unconscious woman.
