with the very latest, jan. >> reporter: good morning. we are coming to you live from the 5600 block of angora terrace as this is the shooting scene. you can see behind me here that police have this block taped off as they investigate. in the meantime shooting victim is at presbyterian hospital in very critical condition. a barrage of gunfire in this west philadelphia neighborhood overnight, leaves cars, damage by stray bullets and a man fighting for his life. >> they found the 34 year-old male laying between two parked cars, suffering from at least one gunshot wound to the back of his head. >> reporter: this shooting happened just after 1:00 a.m. on the 5600 block of angora terrace, a 34 year-old man was parking his girlfriend's car in front of her house when someone walk up to the driver's side door and shot at least 15 times. investigators believe that the victim was able to get out of the car and start running but the shooter they say continued to fire. the victim only make it across the street and collapsed and hit at least once in the head. now this investigation spans two locations, the second right around corner from the shooting scene. police believe the suspect ran away west on angora terrace and may have gotten in a gray or green minivan, police spotted a reek will fit ago this description on the 5700 block of baltimore avenue. >> that vehicle and its occupants take over for thousand. bill that limits smoking in public about beaches and parks in the garden state is also expected to pass today. municipalities would be allowed to set aside 15 percent of the
