They say she was actually showing off this baby, to her family, when they were catching up to her, thats how they track her down after she left the king of prussia mall with this six week old baby. Now investigators are not yet identifying her, they are only saying she from the king of prussia area. And that she does seem to be completely stranger, to the family she approached yesterday. This seven week old kidnapped baby back in its family arms, was center of huge search, this is Surveillance Video from the king of prussia mall as the suspect walked away with baby ahsir simmons, ordeal started about 5 30 yesterday, when police say this unidentified woman, complete stranger, befriended the childs family inside the mall. At one point, the baby started crying and the suspect asked to hold that child. Police say mom got distracted and thats when the suspect took off. Now, detective, with upper merion township, montgomery county, and the fbi, spent about five hours searching for the suspect and the infant, and through tips they followed her to locations in upper merion, malvern, before she was finally located, in tredyffrin, chester county, fortunately the child was found unharmed, and that woman now in custody. This morning, an overwhelming sense of relief for the childs family. Thats a bad tragedy. I think this is real hard for somebody to go through.
