upper 40's across the board here. i want to zoom you around to local level to start things off for you. we are finding some showers across our area that are at least visible on storm scan but this is a day where radar can play tricks on you. i would say rain and drizzle will is a given at anytime. we will have some breaks where it is cloudy and dreary but otherwise, the umbrella isn't worst idea. we are not talking about a wash out just one of the classic northeasterly flow in our win and what that is doggies allowing the moisture to get shoved on shore and we have this stationary system with the frontal boundary dropping to our south ever so slightly. that is what is happening here. you can see the chill. mid 30's in boston and burlington. here in the philadelphia a we are in the mid 40's. we are in the rebounding all that much. we will tack on 5 degrees for a high w that northeast to east wind off the ocean it helps clouds, shower drizzle will and fog to form and it limits any warming that can take place. that is why at best we are pegging daytime high to hit 49 degrees far, far, far cry from what we saw yesterday. a chill certainly in the the air for you out there today. just dreary. so again rain gear required, certainly a jacket too. vittoria, good morning. >> good morning everyone. traveling out and about on the roads there is no major delays or problems. my producer chris says it looks great. there is not too much to talk b traveling on i-95 it is right around cottman avenue no problems in either direction in and out of the northeast and maybe heading toward new jersey, it looks great. northbound ramp, however to cottman avenue on i-95 is closed as a result of construction but we are used to that. if you are moving things around down roosevelt boulevard along roosevelt boulevard you can pop on at academy, street road, so on and so forth. traveling on the ben franklin bridge and all of our bridges it is a before breeze. the lets go to the speed sensor where they are a breeze. the high in the the 50's no matter how you cut it. notice some 30's here and there but not major. the pretty fantastic. we are green in pennsylvania traveling in delaware, traveling in new jersey, beautiful ride northeast extension, pennsylvania turnpike, same thing for new jersey 55, 42 traveling atlantic city expressway no problems. we have construction in chestnut hill and willow grow avenue between pocono street and seminole street so springfield avenue is your best alternate. ukee. new le released surveillance video shows a new clue in the kidnapping of the center city jewelry store worker. >> we are learning more from a good samaritan. "eyewitness news" reporter jane carabao joins us from center is is city to bring us up to date. >> reporter: good morning. "eyewitness news" spoke exclusively to that good samaritan after that good samaritan found the victim outside that darby township cemetery on saturday. we will speak to that and hear more from that passerby in just a minute but first philadelphia police want to you take another good look at this surveillance video of the suspect vehicle this time a clear video just released. this is a very distinct vehicle a pennsylvania maroon van with white markings or paint on the side this video was taken saturday afternoon after three men kidnaped a jewelers row employee beat her and robbed her. one of these clips shows the the the vaananen chestnut street, other shows the van pulling in the gas station in the 8400 block of bartram avenue. suspects wanted the keys and safe code to the jewelry store where she works but turn into petty thieves using her atm card and gas station and one other location. the suspects eventually dropped women at darby township cemetery where they spotted the the five three-year old and called 911. that good samaritan spoke to "eyewitness news". take a listen. >> i said ma'am, are you okay. she said i have been kidnaped and abduct. can you help me. you can tell her feet were shackled and her hand were behind her back. her eye was basically swollen shut. she had something around her neck and over her eyes. her pant were undone and she had dirt all a over her clothes. i could tell she was really shaken up. >> reporter: police say that the victim is still recovering, they say what happened to her is nothing less than torture. if you know these three men or this van please give police a call. reporting live outside philadelphia police headquarters jan carabao for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". happening today lynn abraham is attending a mayoral forum just hours after collapsing on stage at last night's debate. ten minutes in the live debate while fellow candidate anthony williams was speaking, abraham fainted. other candidates tried to get to the 74 year-old former district attorney to help but they were death toward their podiums by microphone. she was seen backstage by a doctor. >> i was just standing there and i leaned over to look the at tony and i just, the lights went out. i believe i had a sudden drop of blood pressure. >> i was talking to the doctor when he said, you know you fainted. i said i want to get up. he said, let's go back. i'm not concerned but obviously it is embarrassing to faint on stage. something that has never happened before. >> today's forum takes place at 8:00 this morning at national museum of american jewish during yesterday's election. this comes after national outrage following fatal police shooting of unarmed teenager michael brown and clearing of officer darren wilson, erika. charges are pen ago begins a man who allegedly shot the his father on the schuylkill expressway. that shooting closed i-76 in both direction during the late afternoon rush. the victim was driving westbound in west conshohocken around 5:45 when police say his to 22-year old son sitting in the rear seat pulled out a gun and shot him. the the father is now in critical condition. pennsylvania state police are he is just screaming out there, i don't know what the hell is wrong with him. >> that call was from march 31st, 2015 and so is the video. the the shows final minutes of the philip white's life. you can see him in the ground and in the grips of the k-9 being restrained by police. he died on the way to the hospital. the cumberland county prosecutor's office is now investigating. drexel university is investigating one of the law professors. the university says professor lisa mcelroy allegedly e mailed students a link to the pornographic video last week. drexel issued a statement reading drexel has been made aware of an e-mail will that the professor sent to the class have of law students that erroneously included a link to inappropriate material. the university takes this allegation seriously and investigating the the matter. mcelroy who was once a contestant on the game show who wants to be a millionaire teaches legal writings and methods. the she's known for her writings on the supreme court and has written several children's books. still to come a scare for a new jersey man viciously attacked by a coyote and officials do not think this is the the first time the coyote has morning a federal judge has refused to lift a temporary hold on president obama's executive action that could shield millions of immigrant from deportation. u.s. the district judge andrew henon turn down the request from the u.s. department of justice late last night. henon issued a preliminary injunction to halt the immigration action by the the the president. the the president wants to spare as many as 5 million people who are in the u.s. illegally from deportation. the the injunction was sought by 26 states who argued that the president's executive action was unconstitutional. this morning jurors in boston will resume deliberations in the trial of the boston marathon bomber dzhokhar tsarnaev. seventeen of the 30 federal charges carry the the the death penalty. tsarnaev's attorney has argued that his client participated in the a attacks but he was led a stray by his older brother tamerlan. jurors will also resume deliberations in the murder trial of the new england patriots tightened aaron hernandez. he is charged in the 2013 killing of odin lloyd. hernandez attorney admits his client was at the scene of the murder but did not pull the the trigger. now to an unthinkable scare for a new jersey home owner attacked by a coyote. this happened monday morning in saddle river bergen county. john boyd told authorities he was doing yard work when the coyote attacked him leaving three puncture wound in his leg. doctors gave the retired schoolteacher eight shots to prevent rabies. >> i finish a section and just crossing the drive and he got me in the back of the leg. she let go. i was able to then just run up to the front steps here, rang the door bell. >> although attacks on humans are rare authorities say they believe that the same coyote that injured a sleeping. traveling on 76 westbound this shot the at city avenue traffic is free flowing. we have a few vehicles. same story on the eastbound side. not only on your western suburbs but center city philadelphia maybe making your way toward walt whitman bridge. the it is all g maybe traveling up and over the bridge. all of the bridges are fantastic. what you get in new jersey, traveling on the 42 freeway is great n delays in either direction. all new jersey majors as well as pennsylvania majors and delaware majors, speed sensors nice and high in the 50's no problems or delays. it is just still red all over the map. we have construction in chestnut hill on willow grove avenue between pocono street and seminole street so springfield avenue is a good alternate and there are no delays for mass transit. it seems weather-wise we may have a setback katie. >> absolutely, it is not just wet weather this time, vittoria but we will have a chill in the air. it is just a totally different pattern that has set in. in fact it is even though it is not a different system but different wind flow and that can totally make or break whether we have nice weather or not. look at dreariness outside.
