"eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo live at temple university hospital where the care give is her now recovering. good morning, jan. >> rahel, good morning, this is a frightening course of events. nan in wheelchair shot and killed inside of his very own home in tioga, as you mentioned, his caretaker injured brought to temple university hospital for treatment. all the while as this gunfire errupted there. was family in upstairs portion of this home, a woman, and four children. take a look at the video, i want to show you what police have been doing all morning long, very large crime scene here in tioga stretches from the house, down the block, this is the 3300 block of gratz street. police say it was just before midnight that they got the call about this shooting, when they arrived, they found 51 year old man on the street shot in the leg. that will was the caretaker. they also found 36 year old man lying neck to his wheelchair, inside of had i living room. he was shot in the head, medics pronounced him dead inside every his home. now here's how police say this shooting unfolded late last night. that man in the wheelchair, and his care take her just arrived home for the evening, in fact, care take her just helped him up the steps and inside when two armed men forced their way n the man in the wheelchair was actually struggling to keep the door closed when he was shot and killed. now, as the suspect start today run away, they saw the care take her chased him down the street firing shot at him, hitting him once in the leg. that's not allment take a listen. >> upstairs at the time were family members. there was 61 year old female, and there were four other juveniles ages 15, two-seven year old twins, and four year old, all upstairs at the time. they heard
