amtrak worker found the man with a head injury laying on the tracks just before midnight near broad and glenwood. he died from his injuries at the hospital. no word this morning on how the man got to the tracks or if he was hit by a train. >> and flames force dozens off train in new jersey florence township, this happened on river line train at the florence light rain station in burlington county. fire broke out about 6:30 last night, about 40 passengers were on board at the time of the fire. everyone made it off safely. >> police tell us a man is recovering in the hospital this morning after being shot during robbery in north philadelphia. happened just before 11:00 in the 3200 block of bailey street. police say the 40 year old plan was sitting in his car when three armed men approached him, shooting him in the leg and stealing his cell phone. that victim is in stable condition. also, in fishtown there is morning, another water main break on the 1400 block of fletcher street. it happened just after 7:00 yesterday morning, the city's water department says two customers lost water as a result of the break. crews responded to the scene. repaired the main around 8:00 last night. water has been restored. well the man charged with killing five people and wounding six others at florida airport is due in court today. airport surveillance video appears to show the moment steve mess is fixed. >> this break happened around 9:00 sunday morning on 23900 belong every east boston street. when the 6-inch water main broke, it caused a giant sinkhole to open up measuring 40 by 50 feet. the flooded basement took two cars down with it, in all, 15 homes were without water and gas, as crews worked all day sunday to repair the damage. we spoke to both neighbors who lost their cars in the sinkhole. take a listen. >> we had just woke inch up after sleeping on nice sunday morning, we were going to take the dog out. we opened the door. we heard a lot of commotion. looked down the treatment, my car was halfway in the sinkhole. >> i honestly have no idea what to do. like it is not something you expect to see when you open your front door on, you know, the major city. but the road would just cave in and eat the car. little truck troubling. >> another live look at the mess here, see huge chunk of street of asphalt in the hole. spokesman for the water department says it will work with anyone who experienced property lost and damage as result of this. this entire block remains without water and gas, though few homes did have their gas restored. that will all be shut off the rescue of two stranded motorists in the delaware bay. air station atlantic city shows one of the helicopters hoisting the men. their 16-foot boat ran into trouble late saturday night 4 miles north
