sample showed rodriguez drank excessive amount of alcohol. the officer suspended from the police force without pay. the city of philadelphia is being sued over speeding tickets that a lawyer says were wrongfully issued. the plaintiff says the philadelphia police department doesn't have jurisdiction on roads, such as interstate 95. the schuylkill, and vine street expressway. the roads have been under pennsylvania state police jurisdiction since 2012. therefore, the plaintiffs say philly police shouldn't be issuing speeding tickets there. lawyers argue the police first need an agreement with state police to write those ticket. if the suit goes forward, it could become a class action suit. >> california woman is now the 11us victim in series of airbag related death. area bags made by the t the leading edge of the aforementioned cold front. that will be pretty potent cold front by the way. the bulk of energy from the area, the actual storm center, the area of low pressure, going off to the north. so the cold front is what is getting dragged through our region here later on today into tonight. that's what's going to trigger the wet weather. so we walk you through future weather. very important to remember, this is always just a guide. it is not gospel. but this is one particular model picking up on the possibility that at least at len eastern new jersey see couple of showers if not few pocket of steady rain before lunchtime. but the vast majority area is dry up until that point and beyond. this is a little later than it originally was yesterday, too. i do think that maybe as early as, say, 3:00 p.m. or so, far western suburbs corks start to see the rain building in. but it is primarily going to be a nighttime event with the rain moving in. and some of it could be locally steady. though looks like not everyone getting hit at the same time. we all ends up with some rain at some point. leading areas of saturday might hear raindrops tapping on the rooftops here, possibly truck. that can slow you down little bit as well. have little gaper delay there. we have another accident lansdale. eighth street at kenilworth avenue. make note. that will can pull you down as well. thirds accident new jersey turnpike northbound past hightstown, two inner lanes right now block. that will will start to slow you down, push further into the 5:00 hour. if it hasn't cleared yet. plus, disable vehicle. another one here, route 422 westbound near route 724. that right lane is blocked, so a lot of these areas, and not so much going to slow you down yet but certainly l and construction, 295 southbound, ramp to 42 is closed until 5:00 a.m. around kind of the same area, going to another place, 295 southbound between route 47 and route 653, two right lanes are blocked until 6:00 a.m. so
