Almost one week after he refused to plea deal that would have lessened his charges and his sentence. Campbell faces charges of third degree murder, wreckless endangerment, conspiracy, causing catastrophy and related offenses. Prosecutors say in the deal if campbell pleaded guilty to all charges, excepting murder, those murder charges could have been tossed and leaving him to face only a prison term longer, no longer, rather, than 20 years. Campbell, a contractor boy trade, is one of two charged in that june 5th 2013 Salvation Army store collapse on market and second 22nd streetsment that day threestory wall fell onto onestory Salvation Army store, killing six and injuring more than dozen, the unsupported wall was being demolished at the time.
