"eyewitness news" reporter justin finch is live for us northeast detectives with the latest on that search. just an awful story, justin, what's the latest? >> good morning, detective are now searching for two men in this shooting, double shooting that left a pregnant woman in stable condition, and a man in critical condition. let's take you now to video from late last night. police say, at least 11 shots were fired, just before 10:00 thursday night in the city frankford section, 11 spent shell casings found on the 4100 block of paul street where two victims were sitting on the front steps of the woman's home. now, witnesses say, two men pulled up in a white four door cadillac, just north of that man and woman. and at least one of those two men opened fire striking that 21 year old man in his lower back, and that 23 year old woman in her left eye. she, again, was eight months pregnant. now, both were able to run inside the home to escape. and at this time, police have no motive. they believe that gunfire was meant for at least one of the victims. >> we know the shooter stood 30 feet north of where the victims were. one or two of the victims were the intended target. >> and those victims are now recovering at temple hospital. that man's condition has worse ends, we are told, from stage to critical. that woman remains in critical condition. and we also know police are looking for those two men and that four door white cadillac last seen going west on womrath streetment also several cameras in the area. police believe may have caught this crime in progress. live at northeast detective, justin fin. , cbs-3, "eyewitness news". >> justin, thank you. meanwhile a philadelphia couple is scheduled for sentencing in the starvation death of their three year old charmed. carmen and carlos pleaded gym toy third degree murder for star link naturally riviera and near neglect of four other children. the disable girl wade 11 pounds when she died in 2013. crime scene investigators wore bio hazard suit. they say the west oaklane home was absolutely filthy. >> a preliminary hearing is scheduled for steven burton, accused of stab stabbing his wife and 22 month old daughter in their west oaklane home in july. both survived. investigator say burton tried to stab their four year old son in what started as dispute. >> one dead, injured, shooting of campass of sacramento city college in california. happened in a parking lot near a baseball field yesterday. the search is still on for the gunman who ran off after opening fire on those men. it is unclear if he has any ties to the school and police have not yet said anything about the motive for this shooting. well, the school year is off to somber start at a burlington county middle school. student and teachers at helen ford attended a vigil honoring a fellow classmate and teachers killed in unrelated car accident. janet died from injuries sustained in a accident. a week later, her seventh grade teacher, allison macinnis, struck and killed while jogging. >> it is difficult. i can't go into miss macinnis' classroom, i have to turn the other way, can't, there are so many memories in that room. >> the victim's families who attended the vigil say they are overwelmed from the support they have received from the school community. >> family, friends, all over philadelphia, remember police sergeant raphael amie, viewing was held last night. the ten year veteran of the force was killed last month, in roxborough, when he lost control of his vehicle and hit a tree meantime in mannyunk, the charm err of black police association gathered at cigar bar to remember sergeant ali and philadelphia police offer lamar pool. pool was killed off duty when his motorcycle was struck by alleged drunk driver. proceeds from last night's event are going to the families of both of those officers. >> well, this morning, funeral will be held for texas sheriff's deputy darren gofromth shot to death while pumping gas in suburban houston. suspect shannon miles arraigned on capitol murder charge. authority say the 30 year old has criminal record, that spans a decade, including convictions for resisting arrest, disorderly conduct with a firearm. >> well, marriage licenses will be issued this morning, in rowan county kentucky after long battle involving a kentucky county clerk who refuses to issue licenses to same sex couples. meanwhile, that clerk kim davis is behind bars this morning. a federal judge ordered dave toys jail for contempt of court. davis has defied multiple court orders since organizers announce two new opportunities to see pope francis up close. they also released more ticket to the public during his two day visit. organizers scrambled to calm fears that you needed a ticket for some of the restricted areas. thirty that you more ticket are being release today gain area from north 20th street to the front of eakin's oval. >> specially for saturday, for the 26th, is that everybody who gathers on the ben franklin parkway will have an opportunity to see pope francis. >> the free tickets will be available on line starting next weekment and there will be a four
