>> pretty cool. sunshine out in full blast, right now, it is really heating temperatures up. we'll tell you how long the summer like forecast sticks around when "eyewitness news" returns. >> the -- 99 days left until christmas. toys "r" us says they won't hire as many employees as they did last year. plan to hire 40,000 workers, some 5,000 fewer positions than in 2014. however, the toy and baby products retailer says it will give current employees and seasonal workers more hours. the company starts interviewing candidates this month. so, with that new baby, justin, got to start shopping. >> yes, i'm just more worried about the cold. i'm not ready for that yet. >> these mornings it, feels so nice in the 60s, the 50's, but heating right up. >> no sign of any cold any time soon. still feeling like summer, officially it is summer. you will be sweating it outside if you're outside today. hey, from beach plans, in luck next few days. check it out what's happening in delaware. live look at rehoboth beach. nice pleasant 72 degrees, breeze off the ocean, northeast winds 9 miles per hour, check it out, boards walk, pretty crowded as well as the beach people hanging out, got the umbrellas out, sun strong, so you will need the sun block if you are hanging out outside any time soon. really over the next week. and check it out, temperatures responding nicely to the sun. we woke up in the low 50's, again, some spots, 81 now at the airport in philadelphia, even 75, up in mount pocono. take you down to the shore again, little northerly breeze, keeping us little cooler, but looking nice, feeling nice, in ocean city, 77 degrees, 84, in cape may. nice weather compliments of high pressure over the mid-atlantic right now, really deflecting any storms from developing, you see two features, cold front across the upper midwest, then low pressure system developing off the coast, those stay away from us for now, so protected by the high pressure area, so again, just going to be seeing a lot of sunshine eventually we get cold front will push through later on during the weekend, maybe bringing few more clouds, and there will be off shore storm that could throw back some clouds, along the coast of new jersey and delaware late in the weekends but again keep things nice and dry. newly formed tropical system, this is tropical depression nine of the season, out across the central atlantic. good news, it is forecast to move to the north and west, but remain at tropical depression status. if this would intensify into tropical storm it, would be named ida. all right, we bring you back home. never too early to think about the weekend. here we are, wednesday, already, if you have shore plans, looks great, both saturday, sunday, in the sunshine, maybe few more clouds sunday, temperatures in the upper 70s, and up in the mountains again feeling good as well this weekend, 77 in the sun, saturday, then we get the cold front through, knocks the temperatures down little bit. still not bad. upper 60s to finish over the weekend. this afternoon lot of sunshine, warm, 86, that's well above the average high of 78 degrees. comfortable tonight, clear skies, 63 for center city some 50's out in the suburbs, and maybe headed to the ballpark tonight? nationals in town, clear skies, pleasant evening, at the start of the game. temperatures in the upper 70s. on the way home, still pretty mild. clear skies, 73 degrees for the ninth inning temperatures. here we go, extended forecast, a lot of sunshine, once again tomorrow, and friday. mid 80s for the high temperatures. as we head into the weekend, maybe few more clouds, but still, keep it in the 80s, then finally next week, we get temperatures back where they should be in the mid and upper 70s,. >> enjoy the heat while we can. thank you. we have breaking news we want to get to right now. chopper three live over route 42 in depford. check it out. that's where tractor-trailer collided with two other vehicles. causing a large back up into southbound lanes. it appears at least one vehicle flipped over. you see there. the roof missing. flipped over the guardrail. at least one person has been taken to the hospital. so far no word on their conditions. stay with "eyewitness news", the latest for you tonight on "eyewitness news" at 5:00. right now, time to check your philadelphia job market report. cbs news business analyst jill schlessinger takes a look at growing field in medicine. >> the affordable care act has put healthcare costs in focus as the government doctors, hospitals, insurance companies, try to squeeze more productivity out of each step of the process. that's why the field of medical group practice management is expected to grow by 23% by 2022. much faster than the average for other jobs. people in this field are task with keeping healthcare offices and hospitals running like well-oiled machines. they organize and manage medical information and staff, keep up to date on new laws, and regulations, to make sure the company complies with them, and manage the finances of the facility or practice. here in the philadelphia area, medical and health services managers, are in a mean annual wage more than $109,000. and that number is expected to grow, as healthcare facilities become larger, and more complex. although requires vary, most professionals have at least bachelor's degree, before entering the field. and masters degrees are also common. i'm jill there are no limits on the amount of carbon pollution power plants can... release. and our senator, pat toomey, led the fight to keep it that way. carbon pollution, a major cause of climate change, leads to more asthma attacks in children. over a million pennsylvanians now suffer from asthma. and senator toomey took over a million dollars from polluters. tell senator toomey: it's time to clear the air. vote for the clean power plan. >> coming up later today on "eyewitness news" at 5:00 whether buying coffee or taking cab ride, new technology could make for tricky tipping situations. so, "3 on your side" jim donovan has a look at tipping in this high tech age. >> neat story here, small scale version of the vatican built from leggos on display now if philadelphia and just in time for the pope's visit. take a look right here. the display at the franklin institute is complete with nuns, swift cars, even a flag waiving pope francis. it was built by father bob simon of st. katherine of sienna church in moss coy, lock wack a county. >> as long as i can remember, i've loved leggos. i was also a boy who wanted to be a priest. and so, it was a natural thing to build churches. >> beautiful combination there. father simon says it took him about ten months to build that small scale vatican. and if you want to humble experience, try building any structure out of leggos, looks so easy on the box, then you start trying to build it. >> grew up with leggos, and all of the extra pieces, where do these go?
