police car. the wind will really be picking up overnight in the tri-state area. we could be that for damaging winds of our own. power outages are a real possibility with this wind storm. i'm ukee washington. >> a high wind warning will go into effect in a couple of minutes. kate? >> we now have something you don't see very often in the month of february. a severe they don't remember warning for portions of the area and this is the front that's going to really put kick up the winds in the wake of this line. notice it doesn't look that impressive on the pitcher. not a lot of lightening. what it does contain wind gusts to 60 miles an hour, this line is moving at about 60 miles an hour so anywhere this line of showers and storms passes you could have the threat for tree branches and power lines knocked down pushing into portions of south jersey and continue, to head east at about 60 miles an hour. anywhere from camden down to gloucester county into salem county pretty heavy pockets of rain but the biggest threat those damages wind by 12:03, this will reach millville, by 12:23 egg harbor and then atlantic city it's a fast moving line of showers, storms and damaging winds. here's your severe they don't remember warning, includes much of south jersey, spots of whoer neck he will. these to storms producing wind gustses to 60 miles an hour, once that sun pass throughs, are speaking out tonight after a cemetery in philadelphia's bridesberg neighborhood was vandalized. nearly three dozen tomb stones were toppled over. >> reporter: this place is well traveled in the morning, people walking their denomination and that's when they noticed an entire row of tomb stones had been pushed down. three dozen head stones toppled overnight. work of vandals, it's unknown how many went about knocking over the 33 grave markers or what time they struck here at holy redeemer in bridesburg. tom maguire first saw while out for a walk with the dog >> i saw head stones toppled i was disgusted and took a pitcher and posted it on facebook >> maguire said the post spread quickly. the vandal i smacked of the worst sort of disrespect. >> they came down here and took justice in their own way and put all the -- put all the head stones back where they belong >> the stones are tagged with orange ribbon, the roman catholic cemetery backs up to i95. it is the final resting place poisoning aged a leak. fire officials building a new gas boiler in the basement of a home in the 1200 block of west williams street was not properly installed. two people had to be rescued. the others were able to escape and drive to the hospital. you saw the grammys here on cbs3 tonight. as musicians gathered for the biggest night. many of them were mourning the loss of a legend >> grammy winning
