Southwesterly winds will be warming us nicely tomorrow by 9 00 oclock well see some sun the item which are 30. By 11 00 oclock on our way up into the 40s. Well be at 36 though before the noon hour. Then all of our attention will be drawn to the west. The Pineapple Express this is an Atmospheric River of moisture that actually originates in hawaii so what does this have to do with our weather . This is going to be fueling the storm that will be impacting the northeast over the course of the weekend the beginning of next week. So next couple of days quiet. But then all this moisture will be digging down toward the south and east toward the delaware valley, new york and new england england. Well watch that area of low pressure sunday night and into monday. And right now it stays mild for saturday and for sunday. But its going to be all about the track of this low that will determine who gets the heavy snow to the north and who gets the heavy rain to the south. Right now as it stands were looking at rain showers monday morning. Thats when it will arrive then rain possibility of freezing rain even sleet even in the philadelphia area we have new information coming in and talking about that and then by monday, late in the evening it could end as a brief period of snow. Take a look at these future ice amounts much this is new this model just coming in showing a tenth of an inch of ice possible even in philadelphia and wilmington with interior south jersey possibly getting ice as well. Chopper three over that scene as firefighters battleed flames throughout this evening. Our Natasha Brown is live at the scene now on fulling rod street with new details for us. Natasha . Reporter well, still an active scene here along the block as you can see behind me as firefighters continue to douse hot spots at this fire scene. This two arm alarm blaze though could have been much worse consuming many more buildings along this block had there not had been a fire station right across the street. A lot of flame. A lot of smoke. Reporter witnesses describe this massive fire in the 1600 block of folk rod street in fang frankford. The roof was like in flames, like you can hear banking in the place. Reporter chopper three capturing flames shooting from the roof. Passenger by noticed smoke billowing from the building about 7 30 p. M. And ran across the street to the fire station to alert firefighters. The blaze quickly grew to two alarms. Onestory building. About 100 feet deep. So they have fire through the roof upon the rifle. Fire was placed under control at 56 minutes later. Reporter as many as 75 firefighters tackle the fire from every angle confining it to just the one building. Were not sure what the occupancy of the building was at this time. Or at that time there was no one in the building. One occupied business next door to that. The fire did not affect that building. Its kind of grounded. If they cant pass the interlock theyre not going anywhere. So that would keep them off the road. Keep everybody safe. That way. Those allegations against Mark Hostutler date back 2008.
