gunfire. it happened at the keystone fellowship church on stump road in north wales about 11:30 this morning. the man has been identified as 27-year-old robert braxton of north wales. one eyewitness describes the moment the gunfire erupted. >> we were worshipping and you hear three different gunshots. everybody went on the floor. >> we're going to have to determine whether the shooting was justified under the law. >> the district attorney says the shooter has not been arrested and is cooperating with authorities. to campaign 2016 tonight on tuesday, democratic voters will decide who will run against republican incumbent pat toomey in the general election. jessica dean sat down with the four candidates vying for the democratic nomination to learn more who they are. >> reporter: four pennsylvaniaians are hoping to take on pat toomey in informed me each brings their own reasons for running and ideas how to best represent pennsylvania. brad mayor says. >> this idea that if you washington i'll go in and change it. it doesn't work that way, you're one of 100 people in the senate. because something is difficult doesn't mean it's not something that should be attempted. there's a moral duty to do that. despite the odds and the in any sayers, we were able to create success and get things done. i believe the same thing can be held true in the united states senate. >> reporter: katie mcginty most recently served to tom wolf but he also has experienced in private sector. >> i think people are tired of the business sector. i started a small business. helped funnel a larger manufacturering business in allegheny county. on tuesday, the pennsylvania supreme court restored his ballot after sestak challenged the validity of what he collected in order to get on the ballot. >> i got seven days before the election since they put me on a ballot and we let things ride because you can't do nothing on all the time you were off. almost month. i represent fair trade. that's my heading to the polls in pennsylvania and delaware on tuesday in new jersey. the primary will be held on june 7th. president obama is expected to announce tomorrow that the u.s. is increasing it's military presence in syria. this comes as the president back as new trade deal. cbs correspondent margaret brennan reports. >> reporter: president obama and german chancellor are pushing a controversial trade deal that brought more than 30,000 protesters to the streets this weekend. they fear the swell trans-atlantic partnership will weaken environmental standards and consumer protection, but president obama defended the packet that would create the world's largest free trade zone. >> if you look at the benefits of free trade around the world it is indisputable it has made our economy stronger. >> reporter: the support for mr. obama still popular could help. which. >> reporter: he has been consistent, she has been steady. she is trustworthy. >> her decision to allow suspect wanted in a violent sexual assault new the victim through work. this is locally here in philadelphia. the man is accused of forcing a 20-year-old woman into his car at 49th and lancaster in cobbs creek. suspect then tide up the victim is, sexual assaulted her and held her captive 11 hours. police are continuing to search for this suspect. they are not releasing his name. not at this point. a teenage girl is in critical condition after police say she was struck by car in gloucester county. authorities say the 15-year-old was hit while crossing route 42 at shopper's lane in washington township about 8:00 last night. the victim is being treated at cooper university trauma center. police say the 21-year-old driver did remain on the scene and no charges have been filed. police in millville new jersey are investigating a fatal accident. investigators tell us the driver lost control on route 55 north. flipped over a couple of times and caught fire before coming to a stop on the side of a highway. the driver in this case did die at that scene. stay with us, coming up on our extended edition of "eyewitness news" tonight continues with a busy day in sports. lesley coming to an end, they lost to the best team in hockey. the series went kind of the way i feel the whole season did. no offense. the goal tending problems. the power play during the series just awful. where would you like to begin with this. >> i believe you summed it up pretty nicely. by and large, six goals in six games it's pretty impossible to win. power play went dead. first line wasn't able to do anything. i have a feeling ands there's no hard evidence to this. that something wasn't quite right with claude giroux. he's a better player than this. >> you're saying an injury. >> that's all embarrassed by what had happened at that game last week. they wanted to show that that's not who they are. that's not who we are. so i think they went out of their way today to show this is what philadelphia is about. good for them. >> good for them. switching gears to the eagles. trading out from eight to two. do you agree with the trade? >> i agree with the concept of the trade, yes. here's people, read up on him. seen highlights of him. that doesn't make me say this guy will be top level. in concept i like it because. you clearly do not have a quarterback who can take you far in the
