In Northern California, teams with the National Weather service will head out to assess the strength of at least two twisters that touched down there. Seeing trees swirling like a blender, like they were in a blender, it was pretty scary. Reporter cell phone video captured the twisters roaring through El Dorado County and modesto, bringing down power lines and uprooting trees.
