the cia says the senate report on the agency's program of terrorist suspects is off the mark. the report paint as disturbing picture of brutality and dishonesty. among the findings cia misled congress and the white house, it details harsh interrogation tactics including waterboarding, sleep deprivation, and confinement of suspects to small boxes and the most damageling, the methods were not susan mcginnis is in washington. susan, good morning. >> anne-marie, group morning. the full 6,200-page report remains classified but the executive report is out with a message saying this is not what america stands for but now cia is fighting back in all the report says at least 39 prisoners were subjected to harsh in teargation between 2002 and 2009. sometime before conventional methods had been public record. this morning the storm that pounded the atlantic seaboard is winding down as it moves way from new england. overnight, torrential wind blown rain. massachusetts, connecticut, new york, and rhode island are under flood watches. some areas got up to four inches of rain. wind gusts hit 55 miles per hour. >> it's very, very windy. we've got one that's dead that's about to hit the house. i go, please, not this storm. >> inland there was light snow and freezing rain. more is expected today before the storm blows out to sea. and there are also high winds and flood warnings posted on the west coast from california to washington. soaking rain has pushed rivers over their banks and kcbs's kathy johnson says severe weather isn't done yet. >> more storms on their way to the west. the bulk of the moisture will move in today through tomorrow. much needed soaking rain and mountain snows also on the way for drought-stricken california and this could be the strongest in intensity in terms of strong wind and heavy rain for the state since 2009. 3 to 5 inches of rain is expected in the bay area and up to 8 inches possible in the sierra foothills. as the system heads to the south by thursday night it could bring a couple more inches of rain to k and that could lead to more evacuations due to the mudslides. jackie johnson, cbs news. according to "the wall street journal" goodell
