"thank god so far, in both cases, their condition is good" police say the suspect later took his own life. this morning, two soldiers are behind bars -- charged with murdering a teenager. the soldiers -- based at fort bliss, texas -- are accused of executing a 16- year-old. authorities believe the shooting happened over a drug deal. six people are found dead inside a home. police found the bodies of five adults and a child during a welfare check police are investigating the incident as a homicide but say there is no threat to the public. video shows an inmate escaping after being in court. using his clothes to hide washington gets away -- even running barefoot. he sprints out the front door -- but police caught up with him about three miles away. this county says it has a pretty good record of keeping track of inmates- but they'll now change "well the hope is that we go 15 the goal and i think that's achievable" it's the second time this same inmate has escaped. a new bridge connecting texas and mexico is now open. it's a 96-million dollar transportation project which broke ground in 2011. the hope is the bridge will increase international trade. today is a celebration of that it." according to mexico's presdient, more than a million people cross between the u-s and mexico...legally...ev eryday. more help is on they way for syrian refugees. world leaders meeting in london pledged more than 10-billion dollars. the u-s pledged 890-million this year. secretary of state john kerry tear at the conscience of everyone. u-n agencies asked for money to help support schools, shelters and jobs for refugees from syria's civil war. continuing coverage... it's been one year since we learned a big clue in the investigation into the deaths of lyric cook and elizabeth collins. this morning, investigators are still sking for help. hunters found the girls' bodies at seven bridges park in bremer county and one year ago, investigators said their killer likely knew the area well. investigators stress it's still important to call if you know anything about seven bridges parks. elizabeth's parents stay in touch with investigators and believe the killer will be found. "i personally think that if it it should be on the professional weapons in the hands of teachers." the town is ruled by three selectmen, two voted in favor of this police in wisconsin say a bomb threat called into a sheriff's office appears to be tied to the controversial netflix series, "making a murderer." according to authorities, the person who called in the threat to the mantiowoc sheriff's office made a reference to "getting justice" for steven avery. his murder conviction is the centerpiece of the netflix series...which raises questions about whether sheriff's deputies planted evidence. authorities did not find any suspicious devices.
