>> i do think so. i think it would help all parents to have these conversation ss with their kids about what they are doing, and then open up the door to any advice they can offer and maybe not about the content of the work, but how to build relationships and how the be a team player and thou listen actively and all of these things. >> and don't you think that parents are saying, i don't want to mettle, because they have children and marriages, and i don't want to do that. i did all of the hard work and you are living a beautiful life and go get 'em? >> yes, and i do believe that, because culturally we are told to step back and it is interesting that 66% of kids or adult kids said that i wish that my parents gave me more work advice. and parents are leaning out, and kid s kids are wanting them to lean many more. and that is the most surprising part tofof the research. >> and something else is surprising that half of the parents don't know what their kids do at all. >> and 55% cannot name what their kids do, and that is namely for the kids in the digital space, and some optimization or something with the computer numbers ashs and in is a changing economy and it is a big number. >> and jobs are hard to understand, because i don't know what my boyfriend does, and it is something with money. >> and people are like, what does henry do? >> how careful parents were to give advice and how reluctant to step into their kids' space and give advice, but the research bears it out. because they have an opinion, but they don't want to be perceived as getting into their kids' lives too much. >> and bring your parents to work day is coming up, and are you in favor of that? >> i do think so. i think it would help all parents to have these conversation ss with their kids about what they are doing, and then open up the door to any advice they can offer and maybe not about the content of the work, but how to build relationships and how the be a team player and thou listen actively and all of these things. >> and don't you think that parents are saying, i don't want to mettle, because they have children and marriages, and i don't want to do that. i did all of the hard work and you are living a beautiful life and go get 'em? >> yes, and i do believe that, because culturally we are told to step back and it is interesting that 66% of kids or adult kids said that i wish that my parents gave me more work advice. and parents are leaning out, and kid s kids are wanting them to lean many more. and that is the most surprising part tofof the research. >> and something else is surprising that half of the parents don't know what their kids do at all. >> and 55% cannot name what their kids do, and that is namely for the kids in the digital space, and some optimization or something with the computer numbers ashs and in is a changing economy and it is a big number. >> and jobs are hard to understand, because i don't know what my boyfriend does, and it is something with money. >> and people are like, what does henry do?
