Superintendent Pat Skorkowsky says the change will give parents an opportunity to be more directly involved in their childs school. They dont have to be an Organizational Team member to be engaged in your childrens school, theres so many levels of engagement right now that parents can look forward unanimously, but lawmakers had some concerns about how open the volunteer meetings will be and how schools will make sure parents are involved.
