the next 120 days. i'm john huck. i'm christine maddela. its all part of project neon and this portion of the project is called 'carnado'. fox 5s cyndi lundeberg joins us now live to break down what you need to know. project neon began at about 10 tonight. major parts of the i-15... 95 and martin luther king will be affected. lets kind of show you the areas we are talking about here... if you're driving from southbound i-15 to northbound u.s. 95, you'll be detoured from lake mead boulevard south king and back to the 95. those traveling from northbound i-15 to northbound 95 will be detoured to the martin luther king exit ramp. you'll then re-enter northbound 95 and move along a temporary lane. those headed from northbound 95 to martin luther king need to leave themselves plenty of time. drivers will be routed to rancho drive, make a u-turn, re-enter the 95 in the opposite direction and eventually make their way back to martin luther king. those headed from southbound i-15 to martin luther king will exit at lake mead boulevard and head west. the good news is most of the construction will take pla a weekends. " my names deshaun with the nevada home water services mam" nevada home water services is a filter company, i spoke to one of their representatives and they confirmed... they have sales employees performing door-knocks all across the valley... " so he says well i need to come in and look under your sink right now, i said no, and he's like well you don't wanna drink the water do you.. she knew they weren't with the water district, and didn't feel comfortable letting them inside ... " he had his fingers over his id when he pressed it forward, and it just didn't seem right..." " the las vegas valley water district sent a warning to their customers about the exact same thing... they were telling people that one of their employees would never actually request to go inside their homes" " nor will we ask for payment at your home..." bronson mack with the water district says his guys would be wearing a green water district t- shirt and driving a marked truck... " they all have the water distric logo on it, well pronounced, its a reflective logo you can even see at night" because he's recieved so many calls about these types of door knocks... he's issued a warning... " if anybody is suspicious about anyone that may be at their door claiming to be from the water company or the water district, they can obtain that information, the name and em give the water district a call" as for almache... she just wants homeowners to know who's at their front door...
