The driver was also killed in North Carolina<\/a> when strong winds tipped over his 18 wheeler. And a homeless man was killed when a tree fell on him in florida. New york is now under a Tropical Storm<\/a> warning as hermine continues to churn off the atlantic coast. Even more difficult in rhode island the home sits right along the ocean and the video shows the winds are just stirring up the around it. Its a beach house so no one was home at the time. The Mexican Government<\/a> is opening dozens of shelters this morning as a new hurricane is strengthening as it nears cabo. The storm is expected to work over or near cabo. Now extended back to thornon and the backups towards 85th avenue will start to build up. You can get around northbound i25 use that washington or huron parallel and then reenter additional drays highway 85 at 120th as well as the i70 drive westbound. Theres a major crash there at havana.
