The bodies of Jennifer Laber and her two little boys, adam and ethan , were in the van parked in a loading bay at what once was a sports authority. A Denver Police officer is now cleared in the shooting of a 17 yearold. A shooting that was partially caught on the officers body camera. Corporal Jeffrey Heinis was checking out reports of an armed carjacking when he came acorss the teen back on august 16th. The 17yearold never pointed a gun at the officer but heinis says he was worried the suspect would carjack someone else if he escaped. The teen wasnt killed from the gunshot and has plead guilty to felony menacing charges. Someone who students should be able to trust is assault. Jefferson county deputies arrested pe teacher Michael Bueno yesterday morning after finding him with a 17yearold runaway at her familys cabin in pine.
