Two teenage girls are accused of working together on a murder plot at Mountain Vista high school and now one of them is set to appear in court this morning. Reporter exactly, today could be a very important day when it comes to this case charges filed. We havent seen that yet. You will remember december, at least one of the girls prosecutors asked for a delay filing formal charges. On december 12, 216yearold girls were taken into custody girls were taken into custody on conspiracy to commit murder. One appeared back on december 17 but that was at that time prosecutors asked for a delay before making a decision on filing formal charges. We dont know the status of the second girl involved. Heres the thing, they havent said much. The only thing they said is that one of those girls will appear in court later this morning. The documents have been sealed and 9news and other organizations have filed a motion to have those addresses documents released so we can get those details. Today president obama is going to announce his most significant action to date to change gun laws.
