courts as twitter's board sued to prevent him from reneging on the deal, musk signaled his intentions wednesday, renaming his twitter account title as chief twit. he posted another tweet at 2 39. pm in a lot of cool people at twitter today. and tweets from twitter employees popped up through the day showing musk at the office. musk reportedly told staff that any notion he would cut 75% of the employees is not true. the court in delaware gave musk a friday deadline to close the $44 billion deal, and musk has reportedly begun having banks process $13 billion of his payments when its than a dozen crashes when that feature was engaged prosecutors in washington and san francisco reportedly looking into whether tesla misled customers and regulators. tesla has touted the self driving software but has also included warnings that drivers need to keep their hands on the wheel when using that technology. in san jose. police say a woman suffered life threatening injuries in a stabbing group of teachers. they're all credited with rescuing elderly residents from a burning building near their school back in may. the fire broke out at a senior citizen coop on inca lane in san francisco's western edition. five teachers at rosa parks elementary saw the smoke and flames and then rushed right over to help evacuate residents . and tonight they were formally honored for their heroic effort. it was a scary moment. but, um. you know that it was funny that the kids were actually scared, too. but once they realize that we're all okay. um we kind of reflected and thank you for the acknowledgement for what we did , and the firefighters were amazing as well. so thank you. thank you to the firefighters that were there. they did make me feel safe. and i felt like, um, i was avenue and immediately hits a little boy in the street. he was left in the street injured, um and the driver didn't seem to care to stop and check on his welfare. daniel jackal, wits with chp says that boy was heading to a karate studio with his mom and brother, he says as parents outside rushed to help him. the car slightly breaks before taking king off again. the driver may been aware that they struck something. um they either felt something hit their car and they had that kind of like, oh, boy. curious moment. parents at the karate studio couldn't believe someone would hit a child and keep driving. can't imagine it. and we live just on the next corner, so it's like they went right by my house. so it's even scarier. jim mcintyre saw the fire trucks and ambulances shocked to find out a child was hit. i did not realize it was a hit and run until today , and not just just broke. my heart was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries, but luckily he recovered well and was downgraded to moderate condition before being released wednesday afternoon. now chp is asking for the public's help locating the person that hit him ready to charge them with felony hit and run if you are involved in a crime cash. makes things so much easier if you just stop take responsibility for actions and come forward and work with police if you leave the scene of the crash, whether it's a death of a woman who has burned body was found on a hiking trail in antioch's 32 year old ashton montalvo and 39 year old d'angelo larayedh. boone each face a two count felony complaint for arson and the east bay. in two days, seven hours yesterday, nelson, now in his sixties, completed his 30th and final run a mere seven miler from his home in fremont, is his home to fremont high, where he coaches the track team. nelson raised $18,400 in the process, which will go towards creating the first marching band in the in the oakland athletic league. and some of the students at fremont high,
