across and directly into the side of the durango. the five-year-old vincent and his 10-year-old brother were killed. his mother and three month old baby brother were taken to hospitals with major the car crashed near the fire hydrant and the driver bleeding. >> he stumbled out of his car, he has lacerations and blood coming from his head and face and he runs away.>> reporter: when this essay hospital killing one and injuring six others. police say the 45-year-old open fire at the bronx lebanon hospital with an assault rifle he concealed under a lab coat. he resigned last year amid sexual assault allegations and had a history of sexual assault cases. there are reports he intended to shoot a former colleague who wasn't at work yesterday but opened fire anyway. the woman he killed was only there to cover a shift.>> she normally works in the clinic. yesterday, she was asked to cover one of the physicians who without -- who was out. she was on the floor scheduled to cover.>> former employees told various media outlets that he was a loud, aggressive person who had written to come back and kill them when he resigned. they did not expect him to suddenly show up yesterday. four of the five critical victims have been upgraded to stable condition. the hunt is on for the gunmen involved in a nightclub shooting in arkansas. police believe the overnight shooting is gang-related. 25 people were shot, three other suffered injuries escaping the gunfire. no one was killed but to victims are in critical condition. investigate is a blitz started flying after some clubgoers started the police say this man is a person of interest. his family says he was also injured in the crash. two boys aged five and 10 were killed. the mother and a three-month- old infants were hospitalized. the accident happened just before 11 pm in concord. vascular say the mother and three children were traveling in a dodge durango. as they drove to the entrance ramp, a sedan exited the highway but the accident affected two families. i met with wilson last year when his daughter was shot and killed in downtown oakland. the person for that case has yet to come forward. he felt it was important for him to contact police about this accident. >> as soon as we got word it was on television, my husband turned himself in right away. >> reporter: annika wilson said she is saddened to learn two young children were killed after a hit-and-run accident. police were looking for her husband in connection with the case. >> at my husband and i our hearts go out to that family.>> reporter: in june of lester, wilson's daughter was shot and killed in oakland hours after performing this dance at a funeral for two friends. >> wilson says once her husband the police were looking for him, he came to the hospital where he was treated for minor injuries and turned himself in. as for the accident, family say they're waiting for the investigation to be completed. >> i don't know anything about the accident. i cannot speak on that.>> he doesn't even know what happened. he didn't know their kids about.>> reporter: the wilson center thoughts and prayers to the victims family. a teacher has resigned following a hung jury in the tamil assessing case against him. he was charged with molesting a 10-year-old girl during the school year. his trial began in march and ended in a hung jury in
