The heaviest rain has gone further to the south. If you go to the meetings, the mountains, it is raining hard. Heavy rain moving into lake tahoe i80 corridor and into the echo summit area. A winter storm warning is in effect. How much rain will we get . We could see up to 1 2 inch of rain in San Francisco, 1 2 inch of rain in the oakland area. Thats not a lot of rain. The pickup driver lost control while exiting highway 101 at more than 100 miles an hour. He went through a fence and then hit a tree and then the truck burst into flames.
