You have nine cops there, and they couldnt figure out how to get this man handcuffed without killing him. Right now, mario woods body lays with 21 bullet holes. 21 in his body. He was one of dozens of people who packed the meeting where commissioners were supposed to discuss whether or not San FranciscoPolice Officers should carry tasers. Instead, they became the topic.
