t one with the lights still on. this time she didn't survive and her boyfriend is on the run. the police are looking for this man, who has had several addresses on the peninsula. >> i don't know specifically if they lived together, but it was her boyfriend and it was a domestic stabbing. >> scene secure. >> reporter: hours after the deadly attack investigators were still inside the house collecting evidence. police say the couple was here alone when the man stabbed the woman multiple times. >> i know that the original 911 call came from her. >> reporter: she managed to call for help, and the first arriving officers and paramedics tried torsive her, but -- to save her, but she died at the scene. the suspect. already gone. police thought they had him when his silver chrysler was found less than two miles away in a parking garage. >> that's his vehicle, stand by to copy a code 666. >> reporter: county swat officers converged on holly street and industrial avenue with the possibility of him hiding in an urgent care clinic, staff and patients were evacuated while it was searched, but it wasn't there. >> we're going through the multiple addresses we have related to him, and investigating where that suspect is, and locating him and arresting him as quickly as possible. >> reporter: they haven't said if he had a court order to stay away from the girlfriend. he's been arrested a half dozen time for drug offense, assault, and attempted murder on a cohas been-- cohabitant. >> homicide is the most severe form of domestic violins, and sometimes -- violence, and it could take several times to get out of a relationship that is abusive. >> reporter: for a time the search for the suspect had heavily armed officers search bart trains and airport police on alert. investigators want the public's help, but he is considered armed and dangerous. no identity yet on the victim. they have a special dedicated unit for domestic violence, and advocates say it does a fantastic job, but sadly three to five women day a die in the united states at the hands of abusers. >> yes, tragic statistics playing out tonight. and in colorado springs we're learning more about the alleged gunman that opened fire at a planned parenthood killing three including a police officer. the suspect in the attack robert lewis dear so quote no more baby parts after his arrest. a domestic terrorist. >> reporter: this man, 57-year- old robert lewis dear went on a shooting spree with an assault rifle for more than five hours friday in colorado springs. three people were killed including a police officer, a husband and father of two children. a six-year police veteran. nine others were injured and rushed to hospitals, including five police officer, and this victim shot at in his car, one of at least four out of hospital. >> he was aiming at me, and i just hit the gas, and he started shooting, and i was looking him in the face, and then the shot came through the flash and i started bleeding. >> reporter: meantime, dear in police custody is described as a loaner from -- loner from north carolina, and had few religious or political leanings. they're still looking into a possible motive, but the mayor of colorado springs said people can make inferences from what it took place. president obama said quote we have to do something about the easy accessibility of weapons of war on our streets. they searched dear's property today, but are being tight lipped about what if anything they found. dear is expected in court on monday. >> and california senator bash bra boxer today released a statement on the shooting at planned parenthood saying it's time to stop the demonizing and witch hunts against parenthood and the life saving care it provides to millions every day. a search failed to turn up a mass gunman behind a robbery in a home in mill valley. they searched the area, police say around 5:40 this morning they responded to a report of a man with a gun entering a home and understanded money. the suspect is in his 20, and was wearing khaki pant, a hood and ski mask. investigators say he made off with an undisclosed amount of cash, but no one was hurt. it was a chilly day across much of the area. want tot give you a live look outside where temperatures continue to fall, and could dip into the 20s tonight. our meteorologist is here with details on a freeze warning going into effect. >> that's right, for the third night in a row frost advisories and freeze warnings. the cold air mass camped out over a good portion of northern california, including the bay area. san francisco and oakland in the 40s. 30s for concord, napa, but look at livermore, back to the upper 20, and santa rosa 27. what's happen, you can see the air basically the streamlines with the air moving in from the north as a result that cold air continuing to push into the bay area, and sticking around for tomorrow morning, and i think into monday morning as well there's a chance of more frost advisories. think it's cold sneer check out -- here? check out the current temperature in truckee, dropping to below zero tonight. right now very cold number, 30s out near concord, napa, 36 right now, and santa rosa dropping off, freezing, 32. the clear sky, winds backed off, and as a result atemperatures dropping off quite a bit. once again that frost advisory posted for the bay side locations and near parts of coast with temperatures in the 30, and then the freeze warning in place for the valleys and mountains starting at 11:00 o'clock tonight until 9:00 o'clock tomorrow morning, so san jose, morgan hill, livermore, and parts of the north bay as well. tracking rain chances in the five-day forecast h. those chances -- when those chances actually bump up and the cold spell moving out of the bay area. oakland police are treating the death of a woman found inside a burning vehicle as a homicide. this happened about 7:50 friday night on marshall street near 61st street. the woman appeared to have suffered major burns, but the exact cause of death will be determined by an autopsy. it's unclear when she died or if she was dead when the vehicle caught fire. there's no word on a possible motive yet. the body of a man missing for about a week was discovered today in cupertino. the santa clara county sheriffs office said he was considered a risk because of a medical condition. his body was discovered on private property. and vets said they did all they could to safe a young dolphin separated from its mother. it was first spotted yesterday, stranded along the county coast, but because of the unsafe conditions there a team wasn't able to approach the animal until this morning. they say the dolphin was so young, not weaned, and they couldn't find the mother. rescuers at the facility determined the dolphin couldn't survive in the wild on it on and had to be euthanized. and 22 tons of trash was overturned from a garbage truck on the automall parkway on ranch. they had to come out and clear the trash from the side of the road. no one was injured in the accident. some people in a neighborhood still without water of a pipe burst. this is what it looked like yesterday in the 800 block of station road, and you can see water pouring down the street. they've been working more than 24 hours to try and repair the 16-inch pipe. once they took a closer look at the cast iron pipe that's 66 years old, they found the damage was more significant than they originally thought. crews hope to restore service to all customers by the end of the night. police in san francisco trying to get to the bottom of a series of strange discoveries around the city. somebody changed bats to baseball poll, but some of the bats had nails ticking out of them -- sticking out of them. you could be charged with carrying a deadly weapon if found with them. police just won't to know the motivation, made for art, humor or something malicious. and the ginger bread house inside the hotel opened today. it includes thousands of home- baked ginger bread bricks and more than a done of icing and decor. even a pet friendly dog house located next year. hundreds of people came out don't want you to wait. wal-mart and target launch their cyber monday sales tomorrow with deals matching or beating the discounts offered black friday. this is the tenth anniversary of cyber monday, a term created back in 2005 when people did online shopping at work the monday after thanksgiving, but now many more consumers have internet access at home and on smart phone, and that access is many states to the north with ice and rain creating potentially deadly driving conditions. it's all part of same stormy weather moving through the plains and midwest since thursday. at least three people are dead after flash flooding in texas with a 70-year-old woman was swept away in her car friday. rescue teams were out searching for her. >> she lost control of the car and went off the edge of the bridge. she made a phone call to a family member. >> reporter: another victim, a 33-year-old woman was also killed as flash flooding washed her vehicle on the road as icy conditions persisted saturday in parts of oklahoma and kansas. authorities in kansas blaming icy roads for four traffic deaths near wichita friday alone. while in central and southwest oklahoma, broken ice covered tree limbs downed power lines and cut electricity to more than 60,000 people. at least seven people were rescued from flood waters in northeast oklahoma saturday, including three small children. several products are being recalled over e coli concerns. celery and onions are at the center of the recall. the effected products have use by dates that range from november 20th to december 6th. this recall coincides from the us food and drug administrations recall of celery products with taylor farms. several stores here in california were effected by the recall. and today a petition drive was launched against a proposed dunkin donuts in the neighborhood. the store want toss open a shop along lake park avenue near interstate 580, but the group says the parking lot for the shop would become a trash welcome back, a chicago prosecutor is on the defensive over how long it took to charge a white police officer with murder for the shooting death of a black teen. this comes as protesters took to the streets in chicago and several high school cities. >> reporter: hundredsover protesters -- hundreds of protesters marching from downtown chicago to downtown seattle yesterday since police released the dash cam video showing the white police officer fatally shooting a black 17-year-old 16 times in october of last year. activists from the black lives matter group joining jessie jackson marching down michigan avenue, the heart of shopping in chicago. some stores forced to close temporarily as protesters linked arms to keep black friday shoppers from entering. the protests were nonviolent, but there were three arrests. in seattle washington hundredsover people taking to the street, and in portland oregon thousands yelled, outraged it took 13 months to charge the officers with first- degree painful mass above her knee, and it turned out to be a rare type of bone cancer with about 800 us cases each year, half of which are in kids. for adults the treatment is standard, remove the bone and ago she would have lost her leg but doctors at banner health in arizona had another solution. remove the tumor, and surgically replace the bone with this prothey sis. >> it allows the growing appreciate it. the thanksgiving holiday weekend is a big money maker for hollywood, and kevin reviews two of the big new releases. >> here's your movie reviews including creed and thgood dinosaur. this is 7th film in the rocky franchise, creed from directed fruit vail station, and michael b. jordan taking on the role of creed, and stallone is the best supporting actor performance so far this year. the imagery is amazing. jordan is unbelievable in the war, and the direction, there's a fight scene in the film that's done in one take, and there's two rounds, watch the shot closely, it's very well down. the enation -- done. the emotional impact is done. it works as a great story, great message, and imagery is impressive, and i give it four out of five. jordan one of the best actors working today. and the good dinosaur, the second pixar film of the year, the first was inside out that made $800 million world wide at the box office. a phenomenal film. this follows a young dinosaur named arlo trying to make his mark in life, and the visuals are incredible. the cgi is phenomenal. jeffery wright did a great job, the voice acting is fantastic, but it one as emotionally engaging as inside out or toy story. something was slightly missing. i wanted a little more emotional quality and depth to the story line. there are emotional moments that work overall, but i wanted a little more. i give it three out of five, i give inside out a five out of five, it's in my top 15 of the year. the good dinosaur was good, but didn't hit me as emotionally. that's my movie reviews. >> >. there you today released a statement on the shooting at planned parenthood saying it's time to stop the demonizing and witch hunts against parenthood and the life saving care it provides to millions every day. a search failed to turn up a mass gunman behind a robbery in a home in mill valley. they searched the area, police say around 5:40 this morning they responded to a report of a man with a gun entering a home and understanded money. the suspect is in his 20, and was wearing khaki pant, a hood and ski mask. investigators say he made off with an undisclosed amount of cash, but no one was hurt. it was a chilly day across much of the area. want tot give you a live look outside where temperatures continue to fall, and could dip into the 20s tonight. our meteorologist is here with details on a freeze warning going into effect. >> that's right, for the third night in a row frost advisories and freeze warnings. the cold air mass camped out over a good portion of northern california, including the bay area. san francisco and oakland in the 40s. 30s for concord, napa, but look at livermore, back to the upper 20, and santa rosa 27. what's happen, you can see the air basically the streamlines with the air moving in from the north as a result that cold air continuing to push into the bay area, and sticking around for tomorrow morning, and i think into monday morning as well there's a chance of more frost advisories. think it's cold sneer check out -- here? check out the current temperature in truckee, dropping to below zero tonight. right now very cold number, 30s out near concord, napa, 36 right now, and santa rosa dropping off, freezing, 32. the clear sky, winds backed off, and as a result atemperatures dropping off quite a bit. once again that frost advisory posted for the bay side locations and near parts of coast with temperatures in the 30, and then the freeze warning in place for the valleys and mountains starting at 11:00 o'clock tonight until 9:00 o'clock tomorrow morning, so san jose, morgan hill, livermore, and parts of the north bay as well. tracking rain chances in the five-day forecast h. those chances -- when those chances actually bump up and the cold spell moving out of the bay area. oakland police are treating the death of a woman found inside a burning vehicle as a homicide. this happened about 7:50 friday night on marshall street near 61st street. the woman appeared to have suffered major burns, but the exact cause of death will be determined by an autopsy. it's unclear when she died or if she was dead when the vehicle caught fire. there's no word on a possible motive yet. the body of a man missing for about a week was discovered today in cupertino. the santa clara county sheriffs office said he was considered a risk because of a medical condition. his body was discovered on private property. and vets said they did all they could to safe a young dolphin separated from its mother. it was first spotted yesterday, stranded along the county coast, but because of the unsafe conditions there a team wasn't able to approach the animal until this morning. they say the dolphin was so young, not weaned, and they couldn't find the mother. rescuers at the facility determined the dolphin couldn't survive in the wild on it on and had to be euthanized. and 22 tons of trash was overturned from a garbage truck on the automall parkway on ranch. they had to come out and clear the trash from the side of the road. no one was injured in the accident. some people in a neighborhood still without water of a pipe burst. this is what it looked like yesterday in the 800 block of station road, and you can see water pouring down the street. they've been working more than 24 hours to try and repair the 16-inch pipe. once they took a closer look at the cast iron pipe that's 66 years old, they found the damage was more significant than they originally thought. crews hope to restore service to all customers by the end of the night. police in san francisco trying to get to the bottom of a series of strange discoveries around the city. somebody changed bats to baseball poll, but some of the bats had nails ticking out of them -- sticking out of them. you could be charged with carrying a deadly weapon if found with them. police just won't to know the motivation, made for art, humor or something malicious. and the ginger bread house inside the hotel opened today. it includes thousands of home- baked ginger bread bricks and more than a done of icing and decor. even a pet friendly dog house located next year. hundreds of people came out ice coating everything from gas pumps to signs in texas early saturday, the slow motivating storm is -- moving storm is blamed for more than a dozen deaths. it moved out of texas saturday, but hit many states to the north with ice and rain creating potentially deadly driving conditions. it's all part of same stormy weather moving through the plains and midwest since thursday. at least three people are dead after flash flooding in texas with a 70-year-old woman was swept away in her car friday. rescue teams were out searching for her. >> she lost control of the car and went off the edge of the bridge. she made a phone call to a family member. >> reporter: another victim, a 33-year-old woman was also killed as flash flooding washed her vehicle on the road as icy conditions persisted saturday in parts of oklahoma and kansas. authorities in kansas blaming icy roads for four traffic deaths near wichita friday alone. while in central and southwest oklahoma, broken ice covered tree limbs downed power lines and cut electricity to more than 60,000 people. at least seven people were rescued from flood waters in northeast oklahoma saturday, including three small children. several products are being recalled over e coli concerns. celery and onions are at the center of the recall. the effected products have use by dates that range from november 20th to december 6th. this recall coincides from the us food and drug administrations recall of celery products with taylor farms. several stores here in california were effected by the recall. and today a petition drive was launched against a proposed dunkin donuts in the neighborhood. the store want toss open a shop along lake park avenue near interstate 580, but the group says the parking lot for the shop would become a trash welcome back, a chicago prosecutor is on the defensive over how long it took to charge a white police officer with murder for the shooting death of a black teen. this comes as protesters took to the streets in chicago and several high school cities. >> reporter: hundredsover protesters -- hundreds of protesters marching from downtown chicago to downtown seattle yesterday since police released the dash cam video showing the white police officer fatally shooting a black 17-year-old 16 times in october of last year. activists from the black lives matter group joining jessie jackson marching down michigan avenue, the heart of shopping in chicago. some stores forced to close temporarily as protesters linked arms to keep black friday shoppers from entering. the protests were nonviolent, but there were three arrests. in seattle washington hundredsover people taking to the street, and in portland oregon thousands yelled, outraged it took 13 months to charge the officers with first- degree murder when police had video of him clearly shooting the teen. >> we want indictment of the mayor because he was part of the cover up, the police superintendent, the indictment of the city council because they helped over it up. >> reporter: they allege the chicago mayor, police superintendent and state prosecutor delayed the release of the video until after last year close election fearing it children when it effects the way their bodies grow, but new technology is helping survivors look and feel just like everyone else. >> reporter: when this doctor first met the 12-year-old, she had a painful mass above her knee, and it turned out to be a rare type of bone cancer with about 800 us cases each year, half of which are in kids. for adults the treatment is standard, remove the bone and replace it with a metal rod, but for children it's not an option. >> it's another factor, adding in the fact that limb still needs to catch up to the other legging normally. >> reporter: a few years ago she would have lost her leg but doctors at banner health in arizona had another solution. remove the tumor, and surgically replace the bone with this prothey sis. >> it allows the growing appreciate it. the thanksgiving holiday weekend is a big money maker for hollywood, and kevin reviews two of the big new releases. >> here's your movie reviews including creed and thgood dinosaur. this is 7th film in the rocky franchise, creed from directed fruit vail station, and michael b. jordan taking on the role of creed, and stallone is the best supporting actor performance so far this year. the imagery is amazing. jordan is unbelievable in the war, and the direction, there's a fight scene in the film that's done in one take, and there's two rounds, watch the shot closely, it's very well down. the enation -- done. the emotional impact is done. it works as a great story, great message, and imagery is impressive, and i give it four out of five. jordan one of the best actors working today. and the good dinosaur, the second pixar film of the year, the first was inside out that made $800 million world wide at the box office. a phenomenal film. this follows a young dinosaur named arlo trying to make his mark in life, and the visuals are incredible. the cgi is phenomenal. jeffery wright did a great job, the voice acting is fantastic, but it one as emotionally engaging as inside out or toy story. something was slightly missing. i wanted a little more emotional quality and depth to the story line. there are emotional moments that work overall, but i wanted a little more. i give it three out of five, i give inside out a five out of five, it's in my top 15 of the year. the good dinosaur was good, but didn't hit me as emotionally. that's my movie reviews. >> >. there you
