That Surveillance Video emerged, which captured the gunman opening fire. The video needs no sound to show the terror of last friday night. A surveillance camera inside a cafe captured the gunfire, and the image of one of the gunmen highlighted in red in the upper left hand corner. A bit later, the gunman outside approaches the front door. He turns the gun to the ground, and turns away. Seconds later, two women, alive, rise up from that very spot and run. Clues and tips are coming in, as French Police and special forces close in on terror suspects. Residents heard explosives and more than 5,000 rounds in an apartment building. Police say the raid came after a tip that 27yearold abdel Abdelhamid Abaaoud was not in syria. I learned it was at my house and the individuals barricaded themselves at my nows. I didnt know that they were terrorists. Reporter this man was among those arrested. A total of eight taken into custody. There are reports the female suicide bomber may be a cousin of abaaoud. We are trying to identify the terrorists that are dead, or anybody that could be implied or involved. Reporter the french government says the identification of all 129 victims is now complete. New york mayor, bill de blasio said police are taking all precautions. There is no indication that this video is credible, and fear is the point of these videos, but will not be intimidated. I was right where those two people are laying on the ground, and for whatever reason, he picked up the gun and walked away. Just amazing that theyre still alive. Some reports say that it might have misfired or might have jammed. That might have made the difference in those women being dead among the victims and walking away. This is just touching people all around the world. Isis militants released a picture today of what they claim is the bomb that destroyed a russian passenger jet. It appears to be quite simple. This is it. A can of pineapple sodiuma and what may be a detonator and a switch. Theres no confirmation this is the actual bomb. The plane blew up and crashed in egypt on october 31. All 224 people onboard were killed. Isis claims the bomb was snuggled onto the plane, and they say the metro jet was targeted because russia was conducting air strikes in syria. Reporter julie, the university actually started planning this vigil weeks ago, in response to a series of campus shootings across the country. Then paris happened, and the prayers multiplied. Reporter the gathering at Notre Dame University in belmont was originally planned as a remembrance of those lost to campus violence. The shooting rampage at Umpqua Community college in oregon last month that left ten people, including the gunman dead, was the catalyst. Later tonight, keeping College Students safe on campus, the new app that uses location data to alert friends, family, even police. A San Francisco judge today cited with a husband in a case involving frozen embryoos that are shared by a couple about to be divorced. The judge ruled those embryos should be destroyed. Steven finley wanted the embryos destrowed. His soon to be exwife wanted them restored. She is now 46, and says those embryos are her only path to having biological kids. However, both lee and finley signed a contract that requires the embryos be destroyed if the couple divorces. In her ruling, the judge said quote, while lee might have a right to procreate, she does not have a right to procreate with finley. Reporter Edward Vanwright was charged with being a sex offender on school grounds. The graduate teety was discovered at the French International school. Police say they believe its the symbol of a group founded by a student of malcolm x. While a hate crime charge is a possibility, police say there is no evidence that vanwright is connected to terrorism, or meant to threaten that school. Authorities in the south bay have arrested three people on suspicion of human trafficking. Authorities maid the arrest after searching the tapia ole restaurant in san jose. Authorities say people working at the businesses said theyd been mistreated and were victims of wage theft. Police arrested the business owners. All of them are from san jose. The Santa Clara CountySheriffs Department says the investigation began after several workers contacted authorities and said theyd been brought to the United States from spain to work at the restaurant and the salon. In Sonoma County, a big rig crash near cirrus point claimed the life of at least one person this afternoon. It happened just after 3 30 on eastbound highway 37. The eastbound lanes remain closed at this hour. The chp says the crash involved two big rigs and at least five other vehicles. Its still unclear what caused the accident. Now to the bay bridge, where a woman, varying virtually nothing was seen walking in the middle of traffic, right at the height of the evening commute. These pictures were posted to social media. They show that woman walking on the eastbound direction at about 6 00 tonight. A Highway Patrol officer, picked her up, and took her to Highland Hospital in oakland for a psychiatric evaluation. Now to question about the safety of those orange barriers in San Francisco. Tonight, the department of public works confirmed to ktvu, that those barriers were not in compliance with city rules. The Attorney Says his client was purposely trying to hit them. He tried to hit a few of those first, to see if he could slow the bus down. Everyone one is supposed to hold 160 gallons of water to make then secure. It does keep them in place, and keeps people safe from oncoming vehicles. But the suspects family says this case is not that simple. 42yearold tanya hopper is behind bars tonight at the Sonoma County jail on 250,000 bond. Police say hopper committed an illegal sex act against a developmentally disabled adult. It is committing oral copulation against someone who doesnt have the legal means to grant consent. Reporter the unusual case startwide a call from the San Francisco fbi office, which is investigating an International ChildPornography Case involving suspects from the bay area in other states, and as far away as the united kingdom. After briefing we them, we drafted a search warrant for the residents in question on wilson street. Reporter hoppers alleged victim was not a child. Although police would not reveal that persons age or gender. Ive been working here over 20 years, and was a detective myself before supervising the unit. Sadly, there are a lot of cases like this, but its less frequent that you see a female suspect for sure. Theres more to the story than what you see in print in the paper. Theres so much more. Tanyas mother tells ktvu, her daughter has long suffered from Emotional Trauma from an attack when she was in high school and has learning disabilities. Not the highest iq, which makes somebody like this much more vulnerable. Reporter she says tanya seemed to gravitate toward men who took advantage of her. They were all abusive towards her. Reporter she said her daughter likely became manipulated by someone she befriended online. She trusted the internet, and knew somebody that she met over the internet, and you cant do that. Reporter Petaluma Police say they dont believe there are other victims but are continuing to work with the fbi to see where the case takes them. This may be isolated, or limited in scope but we dont know. Reporter the fbi has referred all questions in this case back to Petaluma Police who say theyve said all they can about it at this point. What about her computer . Did they seize her computer . Reporter police say there were half a dozen officers here during the arrest. At least two of them were computer forensic experts. They went over the computers, they did not say if they seized them or not or what was on the computers. A teacher recruitment fair tonight. Demonstrators say theyre angry that a student accused of committing a Sexual Assault inside a campus dorm is not facing criminal charges. The Alameda CountyDistrict Attorneys Office says it reviewed the case, and declined to press any charges. The University Says it has taken steps to encourage victims of Sexual Assault to come forward. To provide support for providers, to strengthening policies, to having a one stop place for them to go, so they can go to one website and find out about all the resources.
