see it at the ballot box next june. a small airplane crash on a busy southern california freeway today seriously injuring a husband and wife on board. video shows the moment of impact as it came down on the 45 freeway and burst into flames. the pilot was trying to return to the airport after losing the engine and it happened around nine that 15 this morning. no one was hurt on the freeway a firefighter pulled the couple from that burning plane and tonight there hospitalize with traumatic injuries. a freight train caring crude oil derailed today in illinois. that is about 40 miles southwest of chicago. 25 cars went off the track at least three were leaking. the train belongs to the canadian rail road company. hazardous teams were called to the team. it is not clear what caused the train to come off the tracks. a former doctor went into a shooting rampage killing a female doctor and injuring six. he then a shot and killed himself. henry bello was forced to resign two years ago from the hospital after he was accused of sexual harassment. they say he returned to the hospital today wearing a lab coat armed with an assault rifle. police say he shot and killed a female doctor and seriously wounded five people. a six victim was shot in the leg and suffered minor injuries. patients described moments of terror while it was going on.>> i thought that i was going to die because when they started shooting we don't know it's going to happen. people were screaming. it was scary. >> reporter: a former colleague said that he was a problematic employee and he had harassed other doctors in the past. police are asking for the public's help in locating a hit- and-run driver. they say a vehicle possibly a white cadillac escalade driven by a woman hit a pedestrian at solano avenue at 9:30 last night. the driver stayed at the scene for a moment but then drove away heading south. the pedestrian is hospitalized tonight and if you have any information about the case, call nampa police. superior court judge aaron filed a response a to a recall paperwork that was filed against him on monday. in his reply, the judge says judicial recalls over a single decision threatened or independent judiciary and set a dangerous precedent. a judge who presided over the brock turner case and in his response they defend his decision to sentence the student to six months in jail for sexually assaulting a woman on campus. the judge said that he should be reserved for judges who of a pattern of bias and misconduct. controversy in south bay after a city official has announced fines
