Police are not releasing her identity but say she is young. This marks the fifth Security Breach in san jose in the past year alone. At least one passenger tonight says it maybes him nervous. It does make me uneasy as a traveler. I work for fedex in hawaii. And theyre very careful on the cargo side and perhaps they need to be doing those preventative measures like doing testing like tsa or other faa safety things. Reporter airport Officials Say they will be reviewing security procedures and say theyre already in review mode from past breaches. They say some changes have been made since past breaches but they cant disclose what exactly because of security purposes. They do say they will be looking into surveillance cameras to review this latest incident. Today i spoke to congressman wallow who says he is bothered by the breach and swalwell. Police are investigating and they call his death suspicious. Jana katsuyama is live with reaction to his death. Reporter the getty family has issued a statement tonight asking the media for privacy as they mourn. They did confirm this death and there are many people who are mourning with them here in San Franciscos performing arts community. Which had very close ties to the getty family. 47yearold andrew getty is the second son of San Francisco philanthropist anne and gordon getty. A woman called police to andrews Hollywood Hills home to report a cardiac arrest. Authorities found him dead in a bathroom. The coroner is here. Were waiting for search warrants to go in and examine the body. At this point in time anything would be pure conjecture. Reporter the getty family issued a statement confirming their sons death. Los Angeles Police had been to the residence dozens of types often for domestic disturbances. Many are mourning with the family. The family had been a part of politics and the arts. The getty family has been supporters of the San Francisco opera and so Many Organizations for so many decades. Reporter gordon getty is not just a philanthropist but musician and composer whos work is said to be performed by the opera later this year. Were deeply mourning their loss with them. We hope they can find strength to work through this tragic time and know that the arts company are with them fullly the way they have been with us over the last decades. A motorcyclists and a bicyclist were seriously hurt this afternoon after colliding near san leandro. It happened at around 5 00 in bay fair mall. Witnesses tell Highway Patrol officers a bicyclist was making a u turn on the roadway when he was struck by the motorcyclists who was going through the intersection. Both men were taken to eden medical center. Investigators say it does not appear drugs or alcohol were a factor. In oakland, police say a driver being chased by police crashed into another car at about 5 30 tonight. It happened at 37th and mark. The suspect then took off running. Ceos from nine Big Companies including sales force sent pence a letter blasting the bill with others promising to boycott the state. And today, cuomo and shaft banned travel to indiana. I want them to repeal the law. Reporter but a repeal does not seem likely. Thats disappointing to gay rights bay area leaders. They want indiana to adopt a nondiscrimination law to protect lgbt citizens. Those laws exist in other states and they should exist in indiana. You wouldnt have this kind of situation that the governor is dealing with. Police are looking for a man on a bicycle who groped a woman. It happened yet on howard avenue and industrial road in an area where theres plenty of stores. The victim, an 18yearold woman was walking to a friends home when a man in a bicycle passed by and groped her. Authorities identify that man as a latino around 30 years old. Police are investigating a collision between a police car and another car. The officer was taken to the hospital but Officials Say he was not seriously hurt. The other driver is said to be okay. At a neighborhood meeting tonight in oakland, residents had a chance to learn about plans for a large and valuable piece of undeveloped property. The former Naval Hospital sits on 580 and the oakland zoo. A developer plans to build hundreds of homes, townhouses and apartments there. Reporter since the old Naval Hospital was imploded its been all quiet. Its one of the last big undeveloped pieces of land in the near east bay. A developer sun cal calls it spectacular and under utilized. Our hope is that in the next several years we can turn this property into something really special. Now the development of oak knoll is back on with plans for 935 homes, townhouses and apartments along with a retail village plus parks, trails and open space. It would be nice to have a park that we can walk to. Reporter charmin roundtree grew up here. Since the neighborhood has been closed, its been a desolate sort of space.
