They blocked off the road and now just six hours after the fact got the warrant to go in and try and retrieve the mans body, not released the names of the victims but we did get an interesting view of the house tonight and heard from a neighbor about what seems so unusual. Police say at 2 47 a neighbor called and said dwo men were fighting outside the home on buttercup. Apparently, were in the area of the driveway, near the garage and one male was on top of the other male and appeared to be choking him. Reporter when police arrived, they didnt see anyone but noticed a pistol on the porch that turned out to be a fake gun and there was blood. They did see a blood trail that went from a truck thats parked in the driveway towards the front of the house. Reporter when police went inside the house they found a woman near the front door, alive but with serious injuries. The mans body found inside the garage near the door to the house. Im devastated, you know. Reporter romy says his neighbor Leroy Sandoval bought the house 15 years ago and was there with his girlfriend. A very nice guy, you know, by himself most of the time, you know this neighborhood, mostly a working people. Reporter he says the screen to his neighbors house in the back appeared to be ripped open. Normally, its not like that. So so probably somebody broke in. He comes home on a different times, you know, theres no set schedule. Reporter Hercules Police found a black knit cap nearby and arrested a suspect a few blocks away at the corner of mare gold nearby. Possibly the person fighting and he apparently had some blood on him. Three men arrested in connection with a Sexual Assault of a woman who was held captive in Sonoma County the 22yearold Woman Told Police she escaped last week from a home on stoney point road near petaluma. She apparently had been held there since the holidays today three men went to the Sheriffs Office to pick up property seized during the investigation and all three were arrested as they approached the building. Deputies say jose ba rajas was arrested the other two men cisneros and gavino were barring the victim and avoiding her from leaving. Three new york men for plotting to join isis and wage war against the United States the men originally from kazakhstan and uzbekistan but all living in brooklyn, agents say they tracked them through internet postings. We have [ indiscernible ] on our kids. That have to find random locations to practice. Reporter instead of 12 teams practicing on 12 fields, they are all playing on one. My team is 7 and 8 years old and to not have a back stop, i cant pitch to kids, we cant do grounders. Reporter theyre locked out of their normal fields because tesoro says the safety of the parents and kids is its top priority and because the children would have to cross picket lines.
