chronicle is reporting that those developers are now threatening to sue the city putting both projects in jeopardy. Police arrested two men today accused of stealing cars from two san mateo car dealersships. They may be linked to similar cars in other bay area cities. Now authorities in belmont, san jose and santa clara are working with

that might show a crime in progress just before noon today police say a man with a gun approached a woman in front of her home on muller road. They say he then forced her to drive him in her car to the bank of america on main street. Once there, he demanded that she withdraw money. Investigators say the two then drove back to her neighborhood where the suspect got out of her car and drove off. Were asking residents that live in that area the area of muller road. If anyone has any video is that points to the street that would have seen this suspect or anybody that was potentially one of his accomplices. Reporter the victim spoke with a teller. Invest investigators say thats probably because the suspect in just minutes the section of the interstate 80 is set to close and the detour is 56 miles long. Happening now reporting mallory hoff is live with word that the project is already under way. Reporter this is a very complicated projects. Crews certainly have their work cut out for them this evening. As you see roads remain open but will be closed in a matter of minutes. Thats where caltrans workers will take a series of hydraulic jacks. They will very slowly or evenly raise them up. Every quarter inch they will put steel plates beneath them to make sure theyre secure. That process will happen over and over again. How fast, well, 2. 3inches an hour. This road was built in the 1950s. Right now a lot of these trucks cannot get under this stricture because they are just too short. Reporter they found eight suspect meat balls on the trail and on a back trail in the park. They confirmed they are an inch in diameter and look very similar to those in the pines creek neighborhood that were credited for claims several dogs. Could this be that somebody doesnt want dogs in the area or has problems with dogs roaming in the park.
