Police say they grabbed a girl from a bus stop, forced her into a van and then sexually assaulted her. Police say the attack may have happened inside a car and theyre asking anyone with information about the case to come forward. The attorneys believe ed lee may be the unnamed elected official who allegedly received up to 20,000 from an undercover agent. The lawsuit does not site any hard evidence. The Mayors Office today sent us a statement from ed lees Campaign Team saying quote this is a baseless and frivolous lawsuit with absurd allegations. If and when the Mayors Campaign receives any specific information we will take appropriate actions. The mayors spokeswoman said the fbi has never interviewed ed lee. And said lee sent this letter asking whether undercover fbi agents ever made donations to lees campaign. And they urge answers. Among all the crimes that range from kidnapping to battery to assaults, it was Domestic Violence that actually topped the list.
