And other people, other victims, you can get out of the way and walk into the view of this dash camera. This all happened in kiev region of ukraine. There was some speculation this could have been a terrorist attack. But that has since been disproved. This is believed to be an accidental explosion of gasoline. Earlier witnesses said they smelled gasoline. They werent quite sure. And then this explosion happened. Six people were killed in this explosion. Oh, wow. Six others injured. But when you see that explosion and some of the other aftermath videos, it is devastating. There is a video taken seconds after the explosion from another witness. The guy in the frigid waters was able to swim over to this area where there just were some people there near the water and you see the guy climbs himself out of the water, able to make it over the edge there and the people. But just collapses. One of the bystanders happened to be a nurse. This woman called 911. An officer showed up at the scene. The woman suggested something called the skin to skin technique, try to warm this guy up. So watch the officer.
